Manteno Golf Club
The course was in good shape overall and the greens were excellent. The problem lies in the tee boxes and the fairways. The length of the tees and the fairways were far too long and you couldn't distinguish the fairway much from the rough. Staff was friendly and food was good that we ate halfway through our round. You really can't go wrong for a $25 round on a Sunday, but again course was groomed too long.
this course is really accessible and fun and challenging to play.
I've always enjoyed this course and the challenges it produces.
Good course for beginners
This is the second time I've had the ocassion to play this course. It's a well maintained and fun course, with a very friendly staff.
Great Value
Course was in great shape even after a huge rain the day before. Standing water only on a couple holes and it was near the tee boxes or in the rough so not really a big deal. Staff is very friendly, and tries it's best to move things along. The only negative is they need a cart girl or vending machines on the course.
great value for well conditoned course
Played early morning on a Saturdy and played in very good time. A great value for a course that was in very good condition, had not played it in a couple of years and I was impressed with the improvement

Manteno Golf
A wonderful place to relax and enjoy 18 holes of golf. Went with my 2 sons and son-in-law and we had a blast. The employees were all friendly and pleasant to deal with. The prices in the snack bar were very reasonable. 2 dbl cheeseburgers w/bacon, hot dog special and 4 drinks for under 20.00

Great for the $.
Great course for the $. It is somewhat easy compared to other courses. But for $20 it's a great deal. Every Thursday is $20 for anyone who want to golf there.
Good place to play for the price
Course was in good shape greens could use a little work but overall for the money great to play
had great first time out
Took my wife out for her first round of golf. Got there early and used the range balls included with golf now tee time. Have her quick lesson and we went to first tee. Lots of walk ons pushed us back ten minutes. Ended up pairing with another two some. Greens and fairways in good shape. Not a lot of sand or water. Only played one carry shot. Very windy since surrounded by open field. Links style so fairways got narrow at times, sliced onto other fairway once. Shorter course with many par 3/4 holes. Great for us being beginners, but saw the regular players have their share of difficulty. Excellent price for a round, cart, and range balls. Food was good and lower cost than normal golf course. Staff very friendly, fellow golfers patient and polite. Will play again.

Course was excellent, just wish I had payed more attention to the weather.
Nice course
Nice place to golf. Got right out and the pace of play was quick, no waiting on tees. The price we got from Golf now was fantastic.
Manicured Gem
Quick 18...everyone lets you play thru as a single. Simple layout, well manicured for this early in the season. Fun for occassional players, hard to find unplayable lies.
Great Course
Great course. Some challenging holes also a few easy Par 3's.
Hle #11 is tough
A good challenge but not to difficult for the novice player.
This is a fun course. The back nine #11 is always tuff to play.
The course is in good shape. Staff is friendly. Food is always good. Nice little course in the country.

I enjoyed my round. Peaceful course. I would definitely play there again.
This course needs more attention to maintenance
I would not play this course again. Greens needed rolling and mowing. Fairways need weed killer and rolling.
