Front & Back play like different courses
Back 9 much more character than the front 9. Worth the Tee-Off price though. Greens in good condition but fairways are average.
Nice, but slow play and bad tee times
Course is always fun to play, but better tee time and course mgmt is needed. Staff is friendly and let start when course was slow, but allowed numerous groups and ladies to start on #10. Mgmt needs to know who is on the course and to recognize they are going to ruin the pace of play by allowing groups of ladies or anyone for that matter out onto the back nine or any hole they want. This is absolutely fine if the course is dead, but an onslaught of traffic coming to play means proper tee time mgmt should be followed and start on hole 1 every 8-10 minutes. Other then that course is well maintained and fun
Nice course!
A couple challenging holes on the front and several on the back nine! Well worth the drive to this country course! Impressive!
Slower than a herd of turtle
The pace of play today Wednesday august 19 around 9-1pm was awful. They let 5somes out and nobody was allowing play through. I was by myself behind a 5 some, and they wouldn’t let me play through. The course employees should monitor the pace of play better. The attendant in the clubhouse was rude. I walked in and he said what do you need. I said I have a tee time. He said there’s the key to the cart, and that was it. Th greens were good, fairways pretty fair at best. I usually enjoy playing at Edgewood but was pretty disappointed today.
Nice Course in the IL countryside!
Very impressive course...especially the back nine. Great day of golf. We will be back. Just a short drive for the Peoria area!
Nice country course
The front side is fairly pedestrian, but the back nine have much more character and challenge. But overall, an enjoyable round. Bunkers were in decent shape too.
Edgewood Park Golf Course
The course is in great shape. Care is taken to prevent COVID 19 upon checking in to having the golf carts sanitized. I highly recommend playing this gem out in the country.
Edgewood Park
Like many have mentioned before me clubhouse guy was definitely not a friendly person. All else was good we just laughed off his lack of personality.
