Perfect for a Friday morning.
It was a nice experience - hard to lose the ball with the current layout. My only complaint is the geese, but that’s at every course in the Midwest so…
Great 9 Hole Course
Was in great shape for late fall and they have done an amazing job clearing leaves from the course. The place was busy (as should be expected on a 70 degree november day) but pace moved well. Friendly staff. Was sorry I hadn't discovered the course until late in the season, will be back in the spring.
This course is 5 minutes walk from my house.
Great short course rated best 9 hole layout in the state of Illinois.
Great 9-hole course
Excellent staff and course for 9-holes of golf. Pub/Restaurant had great after game lunch
Pleasantly surprised
I grew up in Niles but was never a golfer.. this was the first time I showed up at the course, and was very pleasantly surprised. The course was in amazing shape! It’s very well maintained, and the staff was nice and friendly. I will definitely come back.
Hidden Gem
I play this course regularly as part of a league.
It is a great experience. At first look, it appears to be a fairly regular 9 hole - 6 par 4's and 3 par 3's - and so is inviting for the high handicapper. However, you soon realize that keeping it in the fairway off the tee and having your top short game with you is key, even if you consider yourself a good player.
There are plenty of trees, water, and undulating greens to make this a really cool course to play.
It is great value for money and even better, they have a fantastic bar and restaurant right by the first tee!
I highly recommend the course.
Great Place to work on your swing
Great Staff Keeps the course in really good condition. Its a short course but if your just getting back to swinging your clubs a bit, its a good place!
Love this course!
I have been playing in a league for 20+ years. Friendly staff and pretty course. They work hard to keep the course in shape, but it gets a lot of play and can be slow at times. Fairways are a bit narrow and there are no par 5s. If you want to rip your drives this is not the course for you.
