Fine for a public course
Great for a beginner like me. Cheap. Straight. Wide fairways. No water. Very little sand. Friendly place. I’ll golf here slot simply because it’s so inexpensive.

Course is in great shape. Greens played nice and I recommend this course over some more pristine courses costing twice the amount. Had fun!
Nice small course
Madison is an older course that has been upgrade throughout its history. The course is landlocked between the Southend of Peoria and West Peoria. The course is very straightforward with no need for trick shots or tribal knowledge to score well. If you play Fairways & Greens you will score well enjoy this short, quaint course.
The course is beautiful, and felt so calm and relaxed during our round. Everyone we came across was friendly and relaxed. A great, old course. SHORT rough the day we played.
Spring golf
Greens were in great shape. Wait times were acceptable. Great open course for beginners to novices. Not a challenging course as layout is straight forward.
No carts
Showed up and was told no carts that day due to rain. Feel like I should be reimbursed the extra price for a cart which I paid for in advance. How does this work?

Good fun
Course is in great shape since it has gotten cold.always fun n challenging
Pace of play was slow due to so many people being out on the last nice day of Fall. Had to wait for a cart since so many people riding single due to COVID but staff was friendly and quick to a get a cart cleaned and sanitized to me as soon as one came in off the 18th. Was a fun course to play for a beginner.

Always fun and challenging course. Great shape greens are perfect n getting faster
Easy Course
Lots of bare ground just off the fairways. No Trick Shots required here. Pretty short course. Greens were in decent shape considering no one that plays here repairs their ball marks. Not that great of a deal at $25.
