Fast and fun
Arrived early for 11:03 am tee time and was told my wife and I could go off early. Did 18 in 2 hrs 26 mins, without hurrying. Great pace. Second visit to MV; much better without hurricane winds last month. Only complaints are lack of restrooms and no prior warning about shortened 7th hole due to construction.
Sunny Day Golf
Great time on the course. Plays well even on the closer tees. One of the holes is under construction and could have been reconfigured better as the "green" was not much shorter than fairway grass and yardage was a guess without a range finder.
Beautiful views as always and for a great price!
Great Course
Always challenging yet enjoy playing. Nicely kept up.
Beautiful course
Meadow Valley was a beautiful course! Challenging as Undulating greens. Elevated tee boxes and greens and dog legs made it a challenging, but fair layout. Course was in great shape. Tee boxes could have been mown a little shorter, but I did play in the afternoon, so they could have grown out a little by that time. Staff was friendly. Definitely recommend this course! I will be back to play again - it was worth the 50 minute drive!
Scenic and well maintained
I was shocked how beautiful and well maintained this course is. From the elevated clubhouse you look down and see the wide open view. The course is challenging and has a bit of everything but not too hard. Everyone we encountered was friendly. Its my new favorite course!
Golf with hubby
Meadow Valley always a challenging course and it was windy today to add to the challenge. They are working on some bunkers and cutting several trees. The greens were in great shape. Staff is always friendly and pace is never a problem either.
Always a challenging, wind swept layout
Late morning round, mid 50’s, 12-15mph winds.
Course was beautiful and well trimmed. Large Greens were smooth and very fast, especially long downhill putts. Great place to play, just bring your good iron and putting game.
Nice first visit, other than idiots in front of us.
Enjoyed first visit to MV. Long but pleasant drive for us. Not sure if Club has any marshals in noN/pandemic times. Group in front of us was basically a joke, behind a hole after two holes. . Most of day they were 1.5-2 holes behind. We waited a lot. Oddly enough the total round was not bad but does not excuse these idiots. I am not scratch, but looked like lot of golfers went off wrong tees (green instead of white). MV could use a tee box around 6000 yards so weaker players do not go off green tees at 6300+. Course was in good shape save for some work on a few bunkers, though wind was brutal. Greens were true and fairly fast. If management reads these please note I will be back but will not play that foursome again.
Challenging course, but great
Great course. Some holes are challenging. But over great course.
Great course
Tee boxes and greens are in great shape this early in the season.
Course is in good condition for being early.
Great day for a round!! The course was in pretty good shape for being early in the year. Just a few small soggy areas. Also have a couple traps under construction. Tee boxes, fairways, and greens are good!
Short Sleeves in early April, Great Value
Our round was played during the Covid-19 Stay at Home.
The course had 1 set of tee's, keeping maintenance to a minimum.
Grass was green and cut, Cups were raised 2 inches.
Fun Track, great condition for early spring.
Couple of holes with raised greens on top of hills, +1 or +2 club lengths.
Couple of Holes Par 4 downhill.
Overall best value yet.
Just wanted to clarify there are nice restrooms located in the pro shop and men/womens restrooms on the course between 3 & 12. I do know there was a time this summer that they had an emergency situation with the restrooms located in the pro shop but there were others available.
