Leavenworth Golf Club

A beautiful course, with narrow fairways, well-kept greens and an abundance of wildlife on and around the course made for a delightful experience. The lady at the Pro Shop was very helpful, and I was teamed up with an experienced golfer (Scott from Post Falls) who knew the course very well. I only played the front nine, but really enjoyed course and would recommend for new golfers like myself.

Lots of rain in the area but the drainage is a problem. The whole course is a swamp. Fairways and tee boxes were terrible. Rough was extremely tall.
Clubhouse was not prepared with snacks like hotdogs etc.
Overall bad experience.

While the course does have a problem with a little bit of a boring layout its still fun every time i play. The food is a bit pricey at the club house but the staff are really friendly. Good greens and fairways. The rough needs a bit of work but all in all 4.5 stars if i could.

The first issue we noticed was most tee boxes were in the line of fire of the previous hole. This doesn’t make you feel comfortable when teeing off. Also, many fairways and rough were poorly maintained - as in we couldn’t find our ball in the fairway a few times. The last thing was the tee boxes were in incredibly sad shape - small, poor grass, not level. We won’t be playing here anymore. The one positive was the pace of play.

guys in my foursome were very disappointed. Not one memorable hole on the course
overall length is good for senior golfers but don't pay more than $20. inside clubhouse was woeful taking 10 minutes at the turn to get a hot dog microwaved after selling me a brat...which they were out of. we won't be going back...even for the $20 low greensfee

An awesome 1920 Bendelow. Some people might not understand how cool that is, but thank goodness it's part of the GreatLife family!!!

The course conditions were a bit rough but with the recent weather being so hot and dry, most local courses are likely feeling the heat! The play for the cost was very good overall!

Could not believe a course this nice was so cheap a fun place to play will play again

This course was great to play for the 21$ I paid to play it. There were only a few things that I was a little disappointed with that being that there were not any official tee boxes set up so it was sometimes a guessing game on where to tee off from. Also, as a first time player of the course it was sometimes a little difficult to find the tee box for each whole as there was not a lot of signage. The flags were also different colors all throughout on the front and back so it was sometimes difficult to find the correct green. The course was in great shape for February only wish they had some food at the pro shop to get inbetween the front and back nine.

First time to have played this course. Got out early, had the course to myself. Decent shape (greens are a little patchy). Good test for what it is.

Fairways are great, greens roll well. My only complaint is that the moles are working over some of the areas of rough. #18 had a fresh run of about 30 feet. I can usually play my 18 in 3 1/2 hours or less.

The course is in bad shape. The tee boxes are not well mark and the grass around them was uncut. Fairways were okay. The greens had a bunch of dead spots and divot holes that were not being fixed. Burn marks across the green from mower leaking oil. It seemed that the local golfers just did whatever they wanted. We watched a group of golfers pull within 3 feet of the green and leave there carts there why they were putting. Practice greens were in bad shape. All the flags from the putting green were laying in a pile off to the side of the greens as if they mowed and didnt put them back. I would not recommend and will not golf here again.

Father-in-law and I wanted a place to play where we wouldn't have to buy a deal but start at 11:30 in the morning. The marshall was helpful in that the 1st tee wasn't obvious to a "newby". It was challenging, but not impossible. Greens rolled well. When he comes to visit, we are coming back.

The course was in ok shape, biggest issue was over booking. Went and played on a Sunday and the course was over booked, and the wait to play on some holes/shots was 10-15 minutes due to the over booking/ large groups (couple groups of six were playing) waiting on 9 tee box can see tee boxes to holes 8 and 10, including my group of two there were 23, people on holes 8-10. Left after 9 holes took 2 and a half hours.

Lay out was OK, nothing to write home about. Pace was OK, staff was nice. Average/below average course for an average golfer. Would not go out of my way to play again.
