Great Muni Course
Had a super time playing golf on Sunday with my son brother and nephew... The course is in great shape right now and the layout and difficulty level isn't too great for younger golfers ... unfortunately the pace of play was extremely slow as I'm guessing the course may have overbooked the number of teetimes for a beautiful Sunday afternoon ... but all told we love the course !

Played this course before and like last time course was in great condition . Staff is always professional and friendly. Keep up the great work Heritage.

Always enjoy this course. Course was in great condition, especially considering the area had been having some very hot conditions.

Can't beat this course in Johnson County for the money.

Fun course but allowing five-somes really destroys pace of play. Having a marshall on the course would help move some slower groups to a faster pace
Very wet
Course was very wet from all the rain. Not a course to walk. Should have more restrooms on back nine. Few of the par fours play very long for the average player.
Good Course
I played this course in the small window I had to play between rain. I will say, I was pleasantly surprised with the course layout. It isn't kept in crazy nice shape like a more expensive course would be, but there aren't dandy lions, and the greens were kept very well. The wetness may have made it look slightly worse than usual too.
This course was far better than I anticipated for a city course, and I would absolutely play here again. Also, the starter/club house manager was very pleasant and easy to work with.
Late Winter/Early Spring
The course was in good winter condition. Greens were good for late winter. Have been cut. No markers on the tees so not easy to determine the proper tee off locations. Very windy day made many holes much more difficult when hitting into the southwest wind.
Heritage park
The course was in very good condition. The staff was friendly. The only big complain t was there was NO cool water on the course. The heat index was over 100. I told the staff.
Fun and Fair course
Heritage is a very fair course. The course has some areas you can get in serious trouble, but most of the holes are reachable and fair. The greens were a little slow and the first four holes were cart path only due to heavy rains earlier in the week, but otherwise the course was in great shape I would definitely play it again.

Nice Course
Open fairways and nice greens. Good round for the first golf outing of the year. Course was wet, but when it's rained the past week it's expected.
Worth the stop
Got in a round while visiting the Kansas City area. The course is attractive, well maintained, and has an excellent array of holes. The par threes are particularly stout. The greens are interesting but fair, and vary in size according to the requirements of the hole. I played in 3-1/2 hours even though the course was decently busy. The course is very walkable, though it does have some elevation change, but be aware that there is a fair stretch between some of the holes.
