Quality play but SLOW!!
Only complaint was the speed of play. 5somes and general slow play meant we were backed up 3 groups deep at each play. It shouldn’t take a 2some 4.75 hours to get through 18.
Decent course Rude Marshals
Course condition ok. Lots of areas should have been GUR. I get it due to early season rains. Guy checking us in before 1st tee was rude and had short man complex. Must have been his first job with any authority and he was gonna let you know!
Fairways and Greens in Great Shape
With all of the rain the KC Metro has received over the last couple of months I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the fairways and greens. I got a nice "hot deal" for a 1:44 tee time so I was put with a two some, it took us about four hours to complete the round which was impressive considering this was the day after 4th of July and the course was pretty packed. One thing I really like about this course is that they don't overcharge for a small bucket of range balls. I paid $3.50 for roughly 30 balls. I don't usually warm up before a round but for $3.50 it was definitely worth it. The greens rolled true and there were few divots. Since this was my second time out at the course I had a better idea of where to aim on the several blind shots that this course provides. If you are going to be playing out here for your first time I recommend playing with a group of 3 or 4 or at the very least playing with someone who has played the course before. The Marshals are very friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my round and will definitely be back.
Due to the previous weather the course played tougher as water was running across fairways. Still had fun thought
The course was in good shape considering how much rain we got this week. My issue with the course is the layout. There are several blind fairways and it makes finding your ball very difficult because you can’t see it one the hills. I would play again.
Great friendly course with amazing views.
Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the greens. Well kept cart roads and layout remains an interesting one.
This was fun. Course has some really cool holes and awesome elevations. Lost a few more balls than usual, but the wind didn't help. I'll be back again. Wish that the greens were a little faster and the landscaping was a little better, but overall it was a good experience.
Great Time Here Very Hot Also
NEVER LISTEN TO ALL THE WHINERS (PROBABLY Complains THE BEERS ARE NOT COLD ENOUGH FOR THEM WAAAAA) YOU KNOW THE TYPES! COURSE WAS REAL FUN AND HAD A GREAT TIME PLAYING BEHIND A COUPLE OF HOTTIES!!!
The layout of this course is fun and challenging at the same time. All kinds of holes to keep you guessing.
Very pleasant course. Has a driving range and putting green available. Has some beautiful holes! Was in pretty decent shape although there were a large number of ball marks on the greens that people did not repair.
Cliff shots are a blast
This is a fun, old style course. Trees and domes greens come into play on many of the holes. Some of the greens are a little worn and sandy, but for the most part, decent greens. On both # 9 and # 18, you have cliff shots to Par 3's way below the tee boxes which are a lot of fun. A great course for the money.
