Excellent value
Wonderful greens, course in good condition. Some maintenance was going on while we played but it must be done sometime. Some course reconstruction was in process that affected a couple holes. Al in all an excellent value.
The greens were in great condition
Hard to rate at this time, the back nine had a lot of work being done! When it is completed I’m sure it will be nice!
Great course if in LOL
Second Spring playing here while wife Mountain biking in LOL. Nice layout. Under construction so 4-5 holes still have obstacles. It’s going to be nice once they’re done. Limited amenities but can’t beat the price.
I understand but disappointed
Got there. Didn’t know back 9 closed. Just will wait til complete 18 open.
Boots Randolph
They are working on the back 9 so we could only play the front 9. The course was cart path only and it made for a long game. I am not upset because I got a great deal on Golf Now. I will play this course again.
Great Course
Love this course staff very friendly and beautiful scenery. Highly recommend.
Over-rated - needs improvement
First of all, I’ve played in western KY for the last 6 weeks. This course was one of the most highly reviewed courses so I wanted to check it out. The staff was super nice. Great clubhouse. However, the course is in VERY rough shape. Every cart path is trash. There are massive roots everywhere. The bridges ALL have boards that are loose and popped up - some even had plywood over them. In addition, there is no clear direction between some of the holes. They need signs on the cart path. Lastly, apparently there is a restoration project going on on hole 18 - that they can’t control. I get it. But it isn’t forecasted to be fixed anytime soon. This sets you up for a Par3 play at the end rather than a PAR4. For 36 dollars during the weekday, this was very disappointing. There is construction all over the course it seems. I would probably pay 20 bucks to play here. The greens are overall really great. The fairways are ok - they are thick! The grass is dying so it seems they need some irrigation help. I had three birdies today so not horrible playability.
Played as a single in early November. First one out after a frost delay.
Pace was excellent. This course is very "walker friendly" and I was able to do the loop in under 3 hours.
Early November. Frost delay. Leaves everywhere. Yet the tees, greens and bunkers were all in excellent condition!
The course itself if fairly flat, but the doglegs and bunker placement is well done. The elevated greens keep you guessing.
Great course
This course was awesome. I am a below average golfer ( arguably lol) and enjoy going around to courses within 100 miles and just enjoy the different challenges, scenery, and meet people. The staff was very informative and even gave some tips. There was two of us playing but behind a 4some that didn't keep a very good pace, but that's okay. Greens are in great shape along with very well maintained bunkers, rough and fairway. Great course and will come back
In great shape
Love making the drive from Tennessee to play this course. Greens are very true right now. Thanks!
