Great course for the money
Not long, but course layout was nice and fun for an average weekend golfer.
Hidden gem
ECCC is a really great track. Different layout that challenges you by making you make every shot in the book at some point during your round. Staff is great. Greens are some of the best around in my opinion. Tim Day does a great job.
Eagle Creek CC
The course is very hilly and difficult to ride a cart on. I had knee surgery about 6 months ago and I did not feel comfortable riding in a cart. Hills were to steep. Greens were in excellent condition.
Incredibly run down and needs to close!
We were shocked at the poor conditions here. Springtime or not, there was large amounts of high crab grass growing in the fairways, layout of the course was confusing, the driving range was a MESS... Just a couple of old, decaying mattes for you to hit off of into a small field that eventually turns into hole 2 (which was fun finding my ball in a sea of range balls). Signage everywhere was terrible... It was a guess where the clubhouse was, where to start, and some holes- where to go next!
If ownership can't afford to keep up with the place- then please close it! No amount of money is worth the sad state this course is in.
eagle creek

Great fairways n greens

This was my first time playing this course and I must say it was amazing, I will be back!
Eagle creek
Had a good time. Great weather and course in very good shape. Challenging par 3's and some of the other holes also.
We're coming back...
We were looking to play somewhere new. Eagle Creek was at the limit of where we would drive for a day. About 30 minutes from Cincinnati. It was a great deal on GolfNow so it was a win-win...new course (for us) and great price.
For a private country club, the clubhouse was a lot to be desired, BUT we were there to play golf, not socialize. It rained buckets the night before so it was cart path only. The greens were fast for a lot of rain. The fairways and even the rough were my favorite. I don't know what the grass was in the rough areas, but it was easy to hit out of...thank you! The fairways had enough height to feel "tee'd up".
OK, the par 3s...easily some of the hardest we've ever played. Almost all of them are LONG. They are fun, but tough. The shortest par 3 conveniently had a tree in your way, almost forcing you to hit right to left to hit the pin.
It was an overcast day, but the course is beautiful. A lot of trees placed out of your way, but blocking other holes from hitting into you. There are a few blind spots where you have to be careful not to hit into the people in front of you. Leave your cart where the people behind you can see it please.
The staff was really, really friendly. Super nice guys.
A few suggestions and keep this in mind when you are there.. - they need some better signage. Some of the holes are difficult to find. Especially 10 which is through the parking lot and behind the cart barn and 18 tee. The drive from 17 to 18 is not LONG and there is no signage. Two groups of golfers had to point us in the direction of 18 tee. Could have easily been solved by "18" with an arrow on the cart path. You will not find it unless someone tells you where it is.
- Water. Buy at least two drinks at the clubhouse. The water locations are in poor spots. Why do you put a water station on 10? The first one is on 3. NO water after that. These are minor issues.
Overall we were thrilled with the course. The staff is super nice. The people playing there are nice. The pace of play was good. And the course maintenance staff obviously does an incredible job!!!
It's been awhile
Tim Day and his staff have done a wonderful job. I have not played Eagle Creek in several years and was very surprised at the changes. Great
Nice greens very pleased
I will play this course again it is A challenging course.
Great value. Needs help.
Can't beat the price. Almost to good to be true. However the course conditions where dreadful. The fairways were brown and had spots of different grass growing in the fairway. For the money I'll play again. If they fix the course, it's a steal.
Very Nice
Best Maintained Greens
The par 3's difficult but great
The most challenging 6000 yards you will play
Traps in great shape
Very nice course
