Good challenge
The greens and fairways were in great shape. Rough was cut low enough that you could find your ball. Good course with good value.
Too many people allowed tee times
By the time we hit the turn at the tenth hole, we were the third 4 some waiting to tee off. Took 5 and a half hours to play 18. Loved the greens here! Just 5 and a half hrs to play.
Nice course for the money
Played on a Sunday afternoon, and although the course seemed busy the Starter got us off a bit early. The course seemed to be in good condition and the greens, although a bit slow, were in great shape. Would have been nice if there was a driving range available.
Great course rude service...
i live 2 miles from boone yet hardly go simply b/c of how bad the service is always slow (took 30 min to check in with no line) because no one ever knows how to check in a golfnow tee time... great course great condition, but always a bad experience in the club house... Fortunately for the crew the course trumps the dissatisfaction with them.... so it's still 4/5 stars
Well maintained course with a challenging layout.
Couse was in great shape. not too much burnt or dead grass. All greens and fairways are well maintained. Staf was very friendly and courteous. Only knock agains the course is that there was a fair amount of traffic on the course pace of play was a little slow, however it was a saturday afternoon.
well maintained greens excellent
always above average for courses in the the area even when conditions are dry
nice golf course
Nice golf course, rough though to thick and tall for average golfer. You will also find golf balls cut in half alot because you cannot find your ball unless you walk on it, so the mower gets it lol ! overall nice place. also need to shorten par 3"s this aint the pga
Excellent and very friendly staff
I really enjoy playing here. However, if I had one complaint it would be in relation to the thickness of the rough. Being an average golfer, I found it difficult at times. This will not stop me feom coming back though. I like the facilities and the staff is great!
Course was in awesome condition.
I play here often and the course was in great condition. The only problem is the rough is a little tall, hard to find the ball if you land off the fairway.
Fees
Thought I booked for 18 holes and when I got to the course attendant said it was only 9. Was charged and additional 38 dollars to play 18. Very misleading. Told attendant I booked as hot deal and he said no way price was only 19 dollars for 18 holes. Rough was so thick as soon as your ball rolled off fairway 2 feet it was lost.
This course was extremely wet in the rough.
Was not happy with the cart path only rule, the fairways where dry enough for the cart and the high rough in the first cut made for tough second shots that missed the fairways.
great condition
spent much time looking for balls, rough was extremely high, probably set up for pros
Great Public Course
Three great 9 hole courses at Boone Links. While Ridgeview is the shortest it is by no means the easiest. This course demands shot placement and rewards good play with moderate/severe penalization for bad shots. GolfNow for Great values!
This course is very beautiful with rolling hills.
We had an exceptional time at this course. From the first tee to the last, it was very beautiful and in great condition. No flat lies and the greens are huge and rolling as well. Would definitely recommend the course to anyone in the area.
has great features
Course in great shape. Greens in good shape. nice long par threes. The staff is always friendly. The course was in good shape for Dec 1.
Most challenging course in NKY
This course is in great shape. Play the back tees and you had better be long and straight. Forget the other courses, this one will put your game to the test. If you break 80 here, you can be proud.
fun course with challenging layout and undulating greens
The course layout was interesting with numerous shots requiring accurate placement of shots, but was open enough for midhandicappers to enjoy the course. The greens were well maintained and had a lot of undulation to make them a fun challenge.
Excellent conditions ,staff courteous,great price
Boone Links is a great golf course, water, sand, and tree provide all the challenge you want. The greens are big and fast. Great golf in Northern Kentucky.
