Chained up

Arrived at course was then informed we would not be able to finish 18 holes because carts had to be in by 530pm. On 17th hole was told to bring cart in even though there was plenty of light left to finish, the “ranger” stated we will lock your car in the parking lot with chains if we do not return cart now.
