Hopedale Country Club

Hopedale CC is a great intermediate level course. The course is well maintained and play moves right along. Will play there again

The course is nice. The Pro was nice... Since this is a 9 hole course and most people were playing 18, the course was crowded. I would not play it again.

Impeccable par 35. Tee to green are in mint condition. Staff was friendly. BBQ for lunch was awesome.

From tee through the greens, HCC played flawlessly. Greens rolled true tees were groomed and level.
Fairways were also in perfect shape. I just wish there was more to them. They get tight in my landing area.

Course is in great shape. It is walkable if you don't mind a few hills along the way. It is a 9 hole course, so play it twice for 18. Played in the afternoon, no waiting. Had dinner following which was good (not great). Wait staff did a good job, just the right amount of attention. Will return again.

Really enjoyed a Hot Deal at HCC on Labor Day. They offer private conditions at a public course. Not overly long but pace of play was great and the conditions from tee to green were outstanding. Guy in the pro shop was also very friendly.

Just like last time I played, staff were great and easy to communicate with early. I was the first one off at 7:10am, they were still cutting the first few greens. Even still, easy walk and finished 9 in 1hr 20min.
Only layout gripe - White tees on 7th hole is unnecessarily penalizing with a tree 100 yds directly in front (too tall for a long iron too). You would have to hit a tremendous cut to hit the fairway anything beyond 150 yds...

I was the first one off this morning, and seemed to be the only one around for at least 5 holes. The greens crew were great, offered some advice on a blind tee shot on 3 - FYI don’t miss the green long and you want to be below the hole! Even though they had the right of way early, they waved me through. Aerating today with state of the art equipment (you can barely tell - not like the old style)!
Only disappointment was an impossible white tee box placement on hole 7; you would have to hit an immaculate cut to hit the fairway, and miss the tree 100 yds in front of you...

This was my first time playing here, but I was so impressed I may consider membership next season!

Thoroughly enjoyed my round today at HCC. Staff in pro shop was extremely friendly and helpful. Course was in great shape - Tee boxes, fairways, and greens all immaculate. You can tell this is a course that gets taken care of. Leaves were all blown off the fairways and I could not find any ball marks on the greens. No overlapping fairways but plenty of bunkers to avoid. Not extremely difficult as the fairways were generous as far as width goes. Greens were on the fast side but fair. I highly recommend this course for you to enjoy!

The course was in excellent condition compared to other courses I've played this year. It was easy to walk and had some very challenging holes. The course has two sets of tees for the front and back nine which made for a variety of shots. When the round was finished we had lunch at the clubhouse. The food and service was excellent. For the price this is a bargain, all things considered!

Best to have someone who plays it regularly...the signage directing to next hole can be improved if, if, you are new...the traps guarding the fairway and greens require precision shots and several holes are blind to the green...hence, the second time thru, the score was back to normal for a 9 hole round(low 40's)...the back 3 holes will be most interesting to say the least and will be gorgeous in the FALL...just wish they would get rid of the bees/hornets nest just off to the left of the 7th tee box...but do play this with a deep GOLFNOW discount...

1st time there. Course was on good condition and the pace of play was great. Some challenging holes but otherwise moderate in difficulty.

Not living far from the course I was happy to see it back in Golfnow. So we booked it on Friday. I was surprised to see the course in that shape brown marks, 1 closed green with the green on the fairway, circle white off limit area all over the place , beat up greens bumpy. The staff was super friendly and they welcome us nicely.
At 30 $ a par 9, walking, We were expecting semi private course quality we played instead a course with barely acceptable condition. Really sad as this course has nice layout and is fun to play but not in those course condition and at that price. I was hoping to write a super review but have to honest no way I can do that

New change to course layout made it interesting,old 1,2,3 are now 7,8,9. Only bummer was 3rd green was closed due to condition of green(Fungus?)

First time I played a couple weeks back should of told me not to book another tee time. I arrived and they were closed for a 7 am tee time. 5 minutes late, which I waited and then played. The second time I booked a 7am tee time and which will be my last. Again, closed when I arrived and this time I waited 15 minutes without anyone arriving. No go! Not good. Go Play, but go play elsewhere!

Tee to green as nice a course as you can find. Plays longer than what yardage indicates and is characterized by lightning greens. Staff and membership very friendly...what you would expect from a classy country club. I would play there again in a heartbeat.

The Hopedale course was only 9 holes which we played twice -- but it was in very good shape. The greens were excellent and the fairways thick and lush
