Twin Springs Golf Course
About
Twin Springs Golf Course sprawls across a lush green meadow that formerly served as a dairy farm. There are some gently rolling hills but it's still a very walkable course and the elevations offer glimpses of the beautiful Mount Wachusett in the distance. The nine-hole course is modest in length and player friendly enough for beginners, but beware of the small, sloped greens, which can be tricky for even the best golfers. The springs that the golf course gets its name from provide water hazards on nearly every hole. There are two signature holes, the par-3 fourth and the par-4 sixth, both of which are classic risk-reward challenges. Twin Springs Golf Course's 140-yard fourth hole starts at the top of a hill and then tumbles down to a wide, shallow green that is guarded in front by a brook. This hole can be especially tough if it's a windy day.

Sunday Morning
Arrived at 830AM for 842 Tee time and was advised there were no carts avail. Tee time would be delayed. There were 2 groups ahead so we had to wait for 4 carts to come in. Tee time actually turned out to be 905. Not bad...Everthing else was good. Nineth fairway needs attention, but a good value for 3 of us.
Fun course
Interesting 9 holer. In very good shape. Will go back.
Great little course
This is an excellent 9 hole course. I've been playing here all summer and for the money you can't beat it. The driving range is great for getting a warm-up in. Friendly staff. Quiet location. Great place to play.
Tricky, fun, great course
For the price, it isn't bad. There are a few holes that are very tricky and will test your accuracy, and others that are fun, long bomb driving holes. Course isn't the best kept, it's a cheaper learners course surrounded by swampy lands. But, that said, the staff do their best to make it playable and they succeed.
Staff is friendly. Carts work and are clean.
I have bad knees and walking any course is painful for me, but twin springs is small enough for me to do 9 walking. All in all a great course, and I highly recommend this course to new golfers, intermediate, and challenging golfers. Scratch golfers wouldn't love this course but great for us handicappers.
Nice little course
Little "brother" to The International next door. You won't confuse this course with The International, but over the last few years the greens have really improved, and I'm sure that's because of the association with the big course.
Greens are fantastic, fairways okay. I drive the ball about 275 and there are three holes (7,8, and 9) that I can take driver out and hit away. You have elevation (3, 4, 5 and 6), you have a 90-degree dog leg, you have a couple creeks to hit over all to keep it interesting. I've played this course probably a dozen times in the last couple years and it's always nice to come back.
Overcharged
Golf was good, however, I was overcharged for the round. I created a Tee time for 2 via Twin Springs/GolfNow web page for $50. Receipt shows $50. When I checked in for my Tee time I was charge $56. When questioned, I was told the mistake was posted wrong on GolfNow and refused to give it to me for $50. If GolfNow is what the Twin Springs web page uses, why do I lose out? They should contact them not me. When I went to GolfNow there is no way to contact them. Very disappoint, bad business to put this on the customer.
Very Nice 9 Hole Course
The parent course is The International next door. Enough said there. The greens at Twin Springs are excellent. As good as anything you'll see on a $100 per round course. Fairways average but good enough. The course isn't long but well placed hazards and doglegs make this feel like a full sized course. 1st hole you have to lay up in front of a creek. Hole 3 is tough. You either fly the creek to a severe uphill lie leaving yourself maybe 100 yards in to a very elevated green or you lay up in front of the creek leaving yourself maybe 150 to 170 to that same green. Next par 3: short 130 yard hole that you are perched 40 feet above with a creek in front, garbage behind and a very shallow green. I the wind is blowing, good luck! You'll enjoy this course.
I’ve played this course multiple time over the last several years. The course is in very good condition and not too difficult for my level of play. I would recommend this course to anyone.
fun elevation changes
I like to play this course early on a weekend as you can play 9 in under two hours if you arrive before the crowds.
I was a little early for an 8am tee time. and was told I could sneak out early before a foursome. I'm glad I did. I never saw then again till I was on 8 and they were hitting second shots on 6.
greens were in great shape but soaking wet from dew.
tee boxes a little beat from a turny the day before.
Learners course
Took new golfers. Relaxed atmosphere but 3 people picked up our balls. Would play again with new players.
twinny
decent 9 holes. 7 par 4's and 2 par 3's for par 34. Can usually walk on here during the day before the leagues. Mostly kids and seniors.
Short course with a couple tricky holes
The course was generally well maintained and wide open. The par 3 holes back to make for an interesting challenge. Overall a fun course to play for the right price.
Ok course but associated with International???
Nice little course but when I found out it was associated with the International I was surprised because it's not maintained anywhere near the International level.
