okay
Course is okay tee boxes for so early are horrible.
Pace of play is fair no starter or rangers to keep pace a little faster.Value is very good.
Met my expectations
Patrick is great in pro-shop and got me out as a single with no fuss. Nice to see upgrades underway on cart paths. Course in nice autumn conditions with well groomed fairways and greens. Some uneven tee-boxes under repair.
Beware of ongoing work
Several temporary tee boxes, and several others were in rough shape. Greens rolled nice
A Fun Day on a Fun Course
Got to go off as a single early in the morning and banged it around in under 3 hours. The course was in great condition with the greens and most of the tee boxes being in the best condition. The layout had some fun holes with some forced carries and the par 3 were all fairly long making for a good challenge of golf. The gentleman in the pro shop could not have been nicer and really helped this first timer playing the course.
Enjoyed playing here very much!
Fun course with nice greens. Staff was very nice, there’s a lot of positive repair and improvements happening on the course.
Would definitely come again!
Worst course ever
OMG this was the worst course I have ever played in my life.
Greens a total joke, ball does not roll but bounces in all different directions.
Along with a very poor layout.
Save your money
Needs work
Greens were in good shape, fairways were average, and tee boxes were awful. I only played 9 but that was enough. It was cheap ($17) but as they say, you get what you pay for. Probably a good place for beginners.
Great value. Golf for all levels will enjoy!
The course is coming along great. You can see the work being out in. Great value for the price. Fun course with challenging greens. Highly recommend playing a round here.
Pineridge
Very good value for the money. Greens in excellent shape; fairways in very good shape. Cart paths need work. New gold tee placements make it senior friendly.
Pine Ridge
Very nice staff and value was also nice the only problem golfers were cutting in front of other golfers and eventually cut in front of our foursome. Not sure if staff knew this was going on but again other than this we all had a good round of golf.
Pine Ridge
Nice course, wide open fairways, fairways and greens a bit hard... ball runs! Overall average public course
Nice little course
Nice little course. Well maintained. Friendly staff. Greens were a bit small but putted well. Only odd thing I noticed was that many of the fairways had lots of small undulations. Almost a washboard shape. Results in many odd lies and makes the cart go bumpity bump more than I would prefer. Don't know if this was intentional or a planned part of the charm. No big deal, but noteworthy.
Nice Course
Don't get fooled by the card's short yardage for this course. It is "sneaky" long. Dog legs, ponds, etc. stretch this course out. Take the 3rd hole as an example. Par 4, dog right, 440 yards, creek at 290, small tricky green. Par 3 fourth hole. 180 yards to a very narrow green. Next hole? Seems short but you have to work around a pond on the right and if you try to hit it too far the fairway narrows and the green is narrow and you don't dare go over. Finishing hole is a Par 5 that you have to hit it long and be center or right side of fairway to either have a decent lay up opportunity or to try for the green in two. You have a pond in front of the green to a tiered green with no depth and huge upslope behind the green. What I'm trying to say is you will be challenged and you will enjoy it. Greens are awesome as well.
Underwhelmed
So my friend and I had a 110 tee time on GolfNow. It was fine we met up with two other guys who were fabulous. We played some really fun Golf and we had some great conversation. I just wasn't overall impressed with the course. I felt like every hole veered slightly to the left or to the right. And there was a lot of blind shots. I think that this can be a great challenge as well, but I just felt like creatively, it didn't touch me. I also felt like the staff weren't totally interested in running a real tight show. However, in the bar, we did have some beers and had some great friendly chat with some people. I don't think I would go out of my way to play this course again.
just not my cup of tea. All the best.
Great value
Love playing this course.... a number of the tee boxes need work but the rest of the course is in great shape and overall a fantastic value. Played midweek at 11am as a single and finished in just over 3 hours.
Pine Ridge - North Oxford
Course in very good shape. They have shortened the senior tees considerably.
