Squirrel Run Country Club
Squirrel Run Golf Club offers some of the most scenic golf on the South Shore of Boston. The course is an executive layout that is gentle enough for beginners and even juniors to tackle with confidence. There are no par 5s on the golf course, most of the holes are under 140 yards. Even though you may not need distance, a strong short game will take you far on this course. Rough borders the fairways and there are a few strategically placed bunkers framing the greensides. Squirrel Run Golf Club is a very forgiving golf course overall and it may not be the most formidable test but there are a few tricky holes, like the par-3 13th. This is the golf course's signature hole that plays from an elevated tee over water to a green that slopes from back to front, and if that wasn't enough, the entire hole is at the mercy of the prevailing winds.

Worst customer service possible
The course itself is fine however if you want to be treated like a decent human being please go elsewhere. We were started 30 minutes late which was understandable due to a frost delay. Then while on the green we were rudely told to hurry it up and move off because the green needed to be dried. When explaining we were on our second shot and that we were clearly moving with people right in front of us, the groundskeeper said well I don’t care I have to do this so I can leave. That hardly seems like my problem after paying for a round of golf which was started over a half hour late. My friend went in to buy one single ball he thought was cool and was rudely asked “ oh you don’t play golf much do you, you must lose balls all the time or something.” Meanwhile he used only that ball without losing a single ball the entire 18 holes. What a horrible experience.
Always a fun day
Not very long but always a very fun day with friends.

Worth the Money
I would call this course a hidden gem. It’s a par 57 18 hole course that is forgiving and challenging depending on the tee and pin placement. Greens are fast and course is well maintained. Local favorite
Squirrel Run golfing experience
A beautiful day to play golf, Squirrel Run is a great course to improve some skills with your irons and hybrid clubs. The course was in great shape, as were the greens. Had an enjoyable time with some good friends walking this course.
Thanks for a wonderful day.
Always an enjoyable round. Pin placement and tee boxes can make for a challenging round.
Love the course. Mostly par 3s with just enough Par 4s to make it interesting.I'm really happy with the new T placement on hole 17 but something needs to be done about the tree encroachment. The tree interferes with the only shot available.
My girlfriends and I have enjoyed playing at Squirrel for the past 3 years. We love the scenery and the course is fun but challenging in spots even though it is mainly a par 3. Grab a nice lunch and a cold one after your round. The people that work there are very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Squirrel Run Golf Course Plymouth
So enjoyed our round of golf today. The course was in really good shape overall. The staff is excellent, knowledgeable and accommodating. Great place to grab a quick bite in the middle or after and a drink of your choice. Only issue directions to a few holes could have been better - a minor issue. Great experience.
Great Executive course!
This is a little treasure - great place to practice your short game! Plenty of water - pretty little course / fun!
We had a great time on the golf course. Course was in great shape. Par 3s and 4rs but not easy. A challenging course. We shall return
Anxious to return
Always enjoy playing this course I find it meets my expectations and staff is very friendly. My only drawback and very seldom occurs is the slow players
Truly enjoy playing this course. Excellent value for the money. There are times when speed of play is hampered by slower players wish some of these players would allow you to go ahead.
