Cheap, fun, and laid back

This course is only 9 holes but if you don't play them right they can be some of the hardest holes in the area. The elevation change on this course is ridiculous on some hole, so if you plan on walking make sure you bring your hiking boots. But why walk when you can ride? Right now 9 holes and a cart is only $13 ($16 in summer), which is by far the cheapest 9 holes around. I would recommend riding, solely because of the steep cart paths which are like riding a roller coaster going down.

Don't bother dressing up for this course, the attitude is very relaxed. And don't be surprised if the course dog, Molly, comes up to you on the first tee to throw a stick for her to fetch. Finally, if you've worked up a thirst or appetite after your round, don't worry there is a full bar and grill with great food and drinks right above the club house.
