Terrific 9-holer

The only negative is that there is only 9 holes. There are not many public options in the area, but this is one of the better 9 hole courses in the state.

Great condition for a public course

Be prepared to grind out par here at this 34 par course. Birdies are tough to come by. Holes 6-8 are birdie holes but th final hole is a long par 4. Don't bother going for the green in two and be prepared to grind out par.

Excellent course to get in 9

Hadn't played here in quite a while, but I like the changes they've made. The par 5 playing to an elevated green behind a creek is much more challenging.

Play Augusta National or Springdale? Springdale

Sprindale golf course is a much more elite course and has much faster greens. I only need 4 clubs at Augusta but at Springdale I need all 14 clubs. If you can't hit irons out of the rough, you're in trouble because they have some U.S. open rough. Lastly the springdale greens are like putting down a huge mountain they are so fast, the stemp meter must be at least a 13. Augusta National...... maybe a stemp meter of 2 or 3. The only down side is how expensive Springdale is.
