Precision Course for walkers

The best aspect of the Heather Highlands Executive Course is that it is perfect for a quick short WALK. The mix of par 4's and 3's is fairly challenging, but you could easily walk this course and finish in little over 90 minutes.

poorly maintained

Completely disappointed with the conditions of this course. I have played the course a few years ago and found it to be nicely kept up and a nice option for my wife and I to play golf together. Let me warn you, things have changed! The fairways and tee boxes were completely overtaken with long grass and dandelions. I could not guess when the last time the tee boxes were cut. Fairways were not any better, I would compare them more to a field than a golf course fairway.
On the positive side, the greens were in decent shape considering the conditions on the rest of the course.

Dandelions everywhere

This executive course was in poor condition. It needs help, or at least a mow.

Review for the 'precision' course.

I played their 9 hole precision (or executive) course. It was early and it had rained the night before so things where still a little wet but all in all, the course was very well maintained. My only issue was that a few holes where littered with animal droppings. Funny but it was something i had to dodge. I still cant blame the staff for that!

I would go back there again and i think its worth the money for what you get!

good value

Played this par 33, 9 hole course several times. Some greens are in poor shape but overall a good course especially for new golfers or someone wanting a quick, inexpensive round. Easily walkable. holes 3,4,7,and 8 are interesting and challenging. my short game needs to be in good shape to score well as I had several 40-70 yard second shots. Irons 3-8 stayed in the bag.
