Not well kept
Grass was long, even after they mowed the fairways, there were long blades of cut grass covering the fairway, if you hit it off the fairway good luck finding your ball.
Poor Condition
This course is.a cow pasture. It was poorly maintained. The rough was very deep. If your ball goes off the fairway it tak s a long time to find in the deep grass.
Course was in great shape, greens a little slow but rolled well. Would play again for sure!!
Nice Course; heard they're closing it?
I used to play this course years ago when I lived nearby. Got out for a round on short notice. Course was in beautiful shape! Greens were a little slow, but it's not Augusta National. Super friendly staff, very enjoyable day. Understand Deer Run has been sold, and this will be the last season? Get out and play here before it's gone...
Great Time
Couldn't ask for a better day to Golf! Had a great round and the fairways and greens were perfect!
Long course
Pretty long course. Fairways are in OK shape but the rough isn't usually maintained,very easy to lose your ball if you don't keep it in play. Greens are slower than average. Not the most manicured place but there's usually some dirt cheap deals you can't really complain about.
No the coffees not free
Greens were unplayable, they had more sand on them then the bunkers, and there were no tee boxes set up. On top of the unfriendly staff, I'm sure there a lot of courses in the area to try before this one!
Play the back 9
My brother and I played 18 holes a day after significant rain. Almost every hole had soggy ground (especially around the greens) and many sand traps were full of water. Otherwise, the course played well and was enjoyable. The back 9 is much more unique than the front 9.
Hit it straight
Super long course you gotta hit it straight to shoot a good score. In good condition and the hot deal round for 10$ is a steal.
Beautiful Course
They have really put some money into the course over the last year to upgrade and make it a really beautiful course. Challenging and long with the longest par 5 being 600 yards! Greens are in prestige condition! Great value for sure!
Deer run
Been playing this course for a few years now and it's in the best shape I've ever seen it....greens, tee boxes, bunkers are really coming along. A word to the wise....hit your ball in the fairway :) roughs will eat you alive!

good country course
Great greens, decent fairways, fairway mower definitely needs blades sharpened. Not very friendly at all in the clubhouse, but, hey 18 holes in 2 1/2 hours, who am I to complain.
