One of my favorites...

I drive an hour twenty once a month to play this course... great layout, staff is very friendly! The value for playing here is great! Always enjoy traveling here, bunkers are well maintained last time I was here, very fluffy... great warm up area too! Highly recommend!

Solid Course for Intermediate Golfer

Carrington Golf Course is a unique course right in the middle of the neighborhood. There is a PGA-like feel to the course with the houses in close proximity.

Black tees at the course are up much closer than what the distance says on the hole sign. Fairways are wide and in great condition. Greens were rough. Good speed but an excessive amount of ball marks and divots. Made putting accurately very difficult -- and not in a good way.

A few tricky holes but nothing over the top. The course poses a good challenge and for the price, is well worth it. A fun course to play for the average golfer.

Hidden gem in Monroe, MI

My buddies and I got a 4th of July deal for $25 included 18 holes, cart and a hot dog at the turn. Awesome...because I am cheap! We got a bucket of balls as well for $5 and hit the range which was in great shape. Beautiful thing was they had everything separate, a range, a putting green and a chip/sand green. All were in excellent shape.

Typically the courses in Monroe are flat, but this one had some nice fairways to make it more of a strategic shot off the tee. The one thing I enjoyed about the fairways was the ability to drive through the ball and take a nice divot, usually with some courses in the area with the land being hard you can't really do that. Tee boxes were a bit hard, but not too bad.

Greens rolled excellent and were in really great shape, very true puts. Bunkers were A+ on point with great sand, raked and perfectly edged.

Overall my friends and I really enjoyed the course and we will end up playing it again. The homes on the course are beautiful, grass was green and well maintained which makes the course look even better. Staff and amenities were great as well. Check them out!

Very Nice Course.

I enjoyed playing the course. There are some great risk/reward holes. The greens seemed a little beat up. Apparently, nobody like to fix their ball marks or replace divots. They should get the sand mix for the golf carts to fill divots. Bunkers needed raking also. The staff was very friendly. The price seemed a little high for a course that looks that beat up.
