Course condition horrible.
I have been playing this course once or twice a year for over 30 years and have never seen course even close to the current terrible conditions. More than half of the Tees, fairways and greens are missing living grass. Not sure if course dried out and grass died from lack of water or course owners quit performing maintenance. Sad to see course in this shape. The pace of play was good because no one else was on course. Cant believe they could charge money to play in this condition.
Used to be much better
Played today 18 holes, greens are severely patchy brown? 2 greens covered in cottonwood small stems. No serious putting on those 2 greens. Watering in fairway on 2 holes during open play. 40 dollars for cart 1 person seems very high for course condition. Staff is friendly, love this little par 3 course. Just wish they would take care of it. Its a little gem.
Not a Full Length Course
This course should be described and listed as a par three course, but with the high reviews and average prices, it makes it seem like a full length course. The course is just over 3300 yards from the back tees, and some holes are not even set up for the backs. No par 5s and a par round of 61. Not to mention the course is not in great shape.
I would avoid traveling to play here, and do not think you’re getting a great deal by playing this course. The Hot Deal of $28 should be about what a normal 18 holes should cost. Very disappointing.
It was very wet today as it had rained last night. The greens and fairways were in terrific shape. The par 4's must be calculated from distances from the back tees(blue) and even then there are only 3 holes that are actually over 250 yards. They're pretty liberal with what they call a par 4. Overall, I had a great time and will likely return with my wife!
Nice little course
Nice little course in good condition. Not very busy early in morning but still had cart girl going around , nice on hot day. Wish they had coke products.
Good for kids
If you're taking your kids golfing or want a fast round this course is great.
Few hazards and most don't come into play.
The fairways and greens are clean and well manicured.
It's all par 3s and a few par 4s and the holes feel rather short.
Playing from the blue tees I only had enough distance to use my driver twice and one time I had to try and hit it short.
The holes near the small lake, the ducks and geese have left deposits all over so watch your step.
The holes are very linear and lack challenge. For a seasoned golfer. I carry a fifteen handicap and felt the course was way too easy.
The par 3s were awesome for my 11 year old. The look on his face when he made his first par was priceless. There are also some difficult and scenic par 4s. Made for a great day off adventure!
Great little course!
Had a super time and the course is in great shape!
I think you should invest In a cart girl I played Saturday 92 degrees and had wait for the turn :( also to expensive thank good I booked on golf now and saved $56!!
