Golf Advisor: Top 25 Courses for Pace of Play in the U.S. (2018 #6)
Reviews
Excellent course ( Hidden Gem)
Great course in good condition, fair and open. Didn’t have to spend time looking for balls.
Great Father’s Day on Wesburn course
Course in great shape, cart people and club house staff are very nice
Great day on the course!
Course in great condition, cart persons and clubhouse staff were friendly and helpful.
Review
Slow, people behind us were irritated. There should be a way to set up and let those people have 1 or 2 golfing in their parties grouped in a way so you aren’t golfing behind 3 groups of four golfers, it’s very slow!
Conditions
Course was in excellent shape, staff as always very friendly and pace of play was normal.
The history makes it a southeastern Michigan must play!
If you appreciate golf history then this is a no brainer.
The course harkens back to just before the turn of the 20th century. The setting is a quiet farmland with abundant space and wonderfully true greens.
Be sure to take time to ask about the course history. You will be happy you made the trip to such a cool place.
Always a good time
Been playing here for years. Course is well kept, friendly staff and well balanced with degree of difficulty. I always enjoy playing here.
