White Lake Oaks Golf Course

Nice course, straight fairways with room to play, large greens, challenging. Great course for easy round of golf.

The course is in good condition and it offers a variety of holes. Not a long course but enjoyable. The back nine offers a bit more of a challenge, the front nine is fairly open, Staff is very helpful.

Our foursome was breezing along doing 18 holes, until we came upon a 3 some on #15, one with a pull cart... They were awful to say the least, it was hit the ball and wait 10 min... Other than that the course was in great shape..

This is my favorite of all the oakland county sponsored courses. 18 holes, bar and grill and somewhat centrally located.

I've found that most metro park golf courses are ok at best but the staff acts as if you are at Pebble Beach. With this said the staff was friendly but the rate of play was slow and the course itself was quite boring.

Loved this course. Best part played with my 16 year old grandson . Will go again .
Did not like that I was charged the online booking fee.

Enjoyed my first 18 here. Will come back. It is worth the drive.

We had to wait an hour for the rain to stop but the course was still very playable.It drains very well.There were no puddles on any of the greens.Some wet areas but not bad considering the amount of rain that fell.The faiways are nice and the greens are excellent.The rough is not too long but very thick,I hope we can play it again when the weather is better.

I really like this course! I have played all of the Oakland County Parks Courses. This one is a great value! However, this one is the only one that does not take tee times! I haven't had a problem getting on.. but I am sure others may not like to drive all the way there only to find a wait!

I really enjoyed playing at White Lake Oaks. I was pleasantly surprised at the course condition. Pace of play was excellent, staff was friendly, and the selection of beverages was nice! I would definitely golf again at White Lake Oaks

Jerry,the starter/ranger was very friendly and helpful before and during the round He explained course layout and since it was early in the day drove my partner in at the turn to get refreshments No beverage person was available on course which was in excellent condition. First time on course for my partner and we both want to return again.

I have golfed this course many times because its close to home and always in good condition.

Not a long coars but the rough & greens make it challenging. I will play there again.

Other than playing on a holiday Sunday, things were mostly fine. Biggest bite, however, Rangers were not to be seen r, and play was ssssssssssssssssssssooooooooooooo sllllllllllooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwww! Got so bad we had to skip/jump in front of several so slow groups after 6 holes; got to the back 9 and a breeze: no one there but us and a few couples. Breezed through and had an enjoyable experience! Biggest bummer: slow play with no rangers to speed things up!

Really nice and fun staff...course was in very good shape also.

Fine quality at a county course. I was challenged as a 30 plus golfer. Two od us played in under 4 hours

Played the course for the first time. Nice design and fairways/greens/bunkers were well maintained. If you hit it straight and long - good course for scoring.

It is a great course if your not a long hitter. Even if your drives are under 200 yards you still can score decent.

Course was in good shape and greens were good. Pace of play was a little slow where a ranger would help speed up play.

Lots of interesting shots needed.. Liked that it wasn't filled with bogs and swamps to make it a challenge.
