Had a good time
We had a good time, unfortunately there was a threesome who held up the course for way too long. We had three deep on the tee boxes behind that group.
Decent course for cost
There were many areas that were still damaged from the harsh winter. When we arrived we were told that we would be playing with another twosome. We'd rather play by ourselves but we're told we had no choice. I've never had a course force us to play with other people we don't know. They were slowing us down so by about the fifth hole we had to split off and move ahead without them.
Great Deal
This course is a great deal. Paid $13 bucks for 18 holes with a cart. Can't beat that. Course is pretty fair but also pretty short. Some of the greens are domed which makes putting them very difficult. Overall it is a great deal on a pretty good course considering the prices this site offers.
Great for beginner golfers
This was the 1st golf course I played as a beginner 20+ years ago. Great for beginners. Known for beginners. If you are a better than average golfer, plan to play your round in 5 hours.
My go to course for a nice round
I really enjoy this course which is not too difficult but still has some challenging holes. Pace of play is reasonable even when crowded. I have played 18 holes walking as a single and finished in under 2 hours when no one was ahead of me. The course is well maintained although this year has taken a bit of a beating from the winter we had but is still in better shape than most. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The restaurant food is surprisingly good. I highly recommend this course for an enjoyable and reasonably priced round.
Good quality county course
I've played this course many times and it always seems to be in great condition.
Not a very difficult course and it is relatively short with a few drivable greens. In the end the facilities are nice, staff is friendly and it's a cheap course.
family friendly golf course
The course is more difficult than it appears. The greens are faster than any I have played on so far this year. Some holes are relatively easy and some are a challenge for the female golfer. Fairways are pretty wide but trees come into play and there is a lot of shifting terrain. Very family friendly and a good course for middle ranged golfers who like a few easy pars and a challenge for some more. The rough looks pretty ambiguous, but it grabs and holds your club and ruins your shot - stay in the fairway!
Great course
fun for the money well maintained . nice variance in holes from 3's to 5 's
