Saturday afternoon
Played saturday afternoon after an outing had finished so the pace of play was outstanding. The course was generally in very good shape, greens were good and not overly fast, fairways good and teeboxes as well. There are some spots of wetness due to recent rains and low lying areas,, but overall very satisfied especially since I had not played RM for several years. And course is much longer then I remembered since it is a par 70, greens very undulated on many greens.
Unprofessional
The course is very unprofessional. We didn’t tee off till 30 mins past our tee time then the ranger had the audacity to say we were playing to slow. Ranger was definitely trying to hold to a higher standard that what it is. I will not be returning to this course anytime soon.
Crazy Slow
Super slow pace of play. It was the day before Father’s Day but nevertheless, it took 3 hours to play 9 holes. Staff was nice but the rangers were not keeping pace up. They also ran out of carts.
Course was in pretty solid shape after a deluge the night before
Gotta give them credit. Only a handful of holes were sopping wet after a 2+ inches of rain within the 24 hours before. They didn't shut down and we had a good round.
Some really fun holes like a couple doglegs right that go over water (12 and 14?) and a looooooong Par 3 (17). The front gives you an opportunity to really score before getting to the back.
Wet and not great drainage
The course is a nice place to play with buddies. It had rained recently when I played and the course was pretty wet. Didn't have the best drainage so be wary if the weather has been extra rainy.
4 star
Very good value!!!
Other than the course areas under repair, nicely maintained.
Overpriced fir Course Conditions
Course was extremely wet - standing water everywhere- including cart paths (dirt). I play here a lot and feel bad about the poor rating but I lost multiple golf ball in play that became embedded or in a large body of causal water.
Just should have been more information upfront in ‘cause condition up front.
Golf Course with Character!!
Rolling Meadows, always a friendly staff and extremely accommodating.
Would go again!
Everything was great except the pace of play! I think that has a little to do with the par 3 placement, but otherwise out of course control. Course was nice, well kept, and worth the money.
