ClubhouseReviews
It's a good average course with a interesting layout. If you aren't hitting the ball straight, you may not like the course, especially the back. To us, that's just golf, and the back will challenge you. The course itself was in ok shape. Not championship. However, my only real complaint are the tee boxes. I've never understood any course having uneven, slanted or rolling tee boxes. But, that said, we like the course for the price. As average courses go, it's more desirable than most.
Laid back, great muni-style course
Don’t listen to the bad food reviews, the glizzies are top-notch. There can be some errant drives that find your fairway, but you can’t expect everyone to be a 5 handicap. Fun course, always in good shape, pace of play can be a little slow at times but it always speeds back up
Weekend warriors and ball thiefs
Pace of play rerrible, course layout setup so tee shots meet on your hole and neighbor hole leads to bad golfers stealing balls all day and interrupting swing. Disgusting food offerings and servers. Would not feed my dog a hotdog from this course. Pay extra or double and go down the road to eagle crest.
Don't pay full price!
This course has some cool challenges and the greens were SUPER fast and a few were very tough to read, however, the overall experience wasn't top notch. It was worth the $30 we paid but to pay$45-50 at full price would have disappointed us. Staff was very friendly though! Very laid back atmosphere. Customers can do just about anything.
Nice and green
We are full time RV years and golf whenever we get a chance. Had a wonderful experience here and enjoyed our time. Definitely will be back when you’re in the are
Shooting gallery
Front nine watch out for golf balls coming from all directions, back nine a little difficult that will test your ability to keep ball in fairways, most holes very tight. Nice greens however play golf ball to land just short of the greens, ball lands and just keeps rolling.
need to kill the weeds
not a bad spot if you can play for 25. at 44 dollars with a 5 hour round not so much.. the staff is very friendly.. a positive
Great course under repair
Under repair so there were pine branches all over in large piles just off of all fairways. Made it difficult with narrow fairways. Will come back after spring to golf again though.
Had fun considering time of year
Course was under construction, specifically tree trimming which were left in many, many piles (big piles) just off rough and fairways. Led to many lost balls that shouldn't have been lost. Overall, very good experience. Will try again, after spring cleanup is over.
Great value
You’re playing this course because it’s cheap or because everything else is booked up… and that’s okay because this course will get the job done. Pace of play can be slow depending when you tee off but that’s the only snag.
PV was hit extremely hard after the Ice Storm in March, but after 2 months of hard work by the Maintenance crew, all debris is now gone. it's Fit for fight!
