Fun Muni with excellent greens
Fun, forgiving parkland style golf course. Excellent greens which are firm but fair and roll very consistently whether elevated, exposed or low. The par 3's are great, especially on the back 9. The staff are very friendly and the clubhouse has good food offerings. Excellent value.
Great course
Played here while on vacation. Course was well maintained and easy to navigate. Course is in great condition and staff was very accommodating
Enjoyable day
Arrived early and the pro let us go right out. Pace was great and the course was in really great condition. Warm and windy, really a nice day for golf
Fairways are wider than most, although you can still find trouble.
Course plays easy enough for the average golfer. Quirky that the scorecard only lists distances for the red and blue tees, but not the whites. Somewhat of a guesstimate teeing off at times. Would have been nice to have a beverage on the course, although the cold sandwich in the clubhouse between nines was tasty. A good value there.
good course
nice course, tee box and fairways in good condition. greens a bit hard, few divots left on good approach shots. staff nice and friendly. will golf here again. Golfed here instead of the Eveleth golf course because I found them on golfnow.com....
