Quiet course
Always enjoy this course because it’s quiet. Interesting layout and friendly staff.
TimberCreek old fashioned hospitality
Not your typical city course just a good old fashioned small town course , nice condition and friendly staff and reasonable rates. There are a few dog legs and you probably should think twice about reaching for your driver very hole, strategy required.
Some of the tee boxes were too close to the adjacent holes , some greens were inconsistent but overall a great value and interesting layout.
Better every year!
Still has a bit to go, but this once scruffy course has come a very long way in improving. I love this course, friendly for red tees, and a beautiful piece of nature. Keep up the good work!
Good course for the money
Tee boxes are a little bet up but over all the course is a fun track and it’s a good value. Give it a shoot.
Sitting more than Swinging
Timber Creek is a nice course, but I recommend you go in morning or else you'll be sitting in your cart for a while in the afternoon. Took us almost two and a half hours to get through nine as we were stuck behind a (very) slow foursome. No staff on course to enforce pace of play.
Crowded
Lots of golfers - not spaced out and lots of waiting on each hole
Ridiculous and Terrible
This course was very frustrating. Tee boxes and greens were in terrible condition. The greens especially were inconsistent. Some were uncontrollably fast and others were terribly slow.
I had to completely skip an early par 3 due to staff not moving off the green at all. I took my first shot and landed just short of the green and the staff proceeded to continue to care for the green right in the way of my next shot.
The worst of all was the people. As I was leaving, extremely racist and insensitive statements were being made in light of recent national events. People were drinking on the deck making very clear some terrible thoughts about minorities in America, saying “F your reparations” as well as other slurs and derogatory statements. I was absolutely disgusted with my experience and will not be back, and hope nobody goes back, especially in light of some of those disgusting statements.
Yardages very poorly marked. Which makes it difficult especially on blind shots of which there are many.
Nice course
Nice course with some challenging holes. Course is well maintained and pace of play was pretty decent. Will definitely play it again!
Nice day for golf!
Course was in good shape. Need a little rain, greens we're fast. All in all, had a great time.
Worth the drive...
Great course with enough variety of holes to keep you engaged. A couple of blind shots but not too bad.
Conditions were very good. Some bumpy fairways.
