Nice vistas
Course in good shape overall, especially the greens which were in smooth and fast, although a bit challenging to read on the second time playing the course.

A wide open course for the average golfer
Greens are quite challenging with degree of slope.. Interesting course with 6 Par 5,---6 par 4----6 par 3 holes.

Fairways were shy of grass even after all the rain that we had. But even though cart path only still had good time.

This was a great golf outing for me. I like the course format of 6 - 6 - 6. That made for an enjoyable different round. The course was in excellent shape. It was cart path only but that was due to the amount of rain and for course protection. Staff was very friendly and professional. I would play this course again anytime I am in the area.

unique layout
I'm sure they are out there, but this is the only course I'm aware of that has 6 par 5s, 6 par 4s and 6 par 3s. It has tee boxes for all levels of skill all the way down to juniors. Bring your big stick because it has some length.
Above average course
Lake Valley is a good course to start off with in the Ozarks - very open and while it has some water and trees - you won't lose a ton of balls here. What sand they have is around the greens, not along fairway The course has always been in decent shape. Sand is usually raked and in good shape-except for "that" group that always finds a way to get front of you that might not rake when they are done. A year or so ago raised their daily rates and I have found you can play better or equivalent courses in the immediate area for the same or less money. Although disappointed in their higher pricing, I still play it from time to time and enjoy the golf there.
Don't Miss this course if you are at the Lake of the Ozark
This course is always in great shape and is a good course if your a new player { not a lot of water to cross over}. I have played many times and have never seen in any shape but excellent and it still challenging to me.
Nice Course - Recommend
This was a nice course. It has some difficult holes with plenty of hills where you are hitting blind. The value was okay, but my drive was a little far. I will definitely play here again.

BEAUTIFUL COURSE!!! My favorite course at the Lake!! I try to play here everytime we visit the Lake! The staff is super friendly!! Lived the guy that came and put the covers on my clubs... He smelled REALLY GOOD too!! That was an added bonus! Will be back here for sure :)

Great course
Fairways and greens in excellent shape. Greens hold your shots. Gives a break to women in distance. Water on some of the holes. Allows walking if desired, but course is hilly in some parts.
