Historic track. Cart path only due to rain the prior day. Dormant zosia on fairways made muddy lies. Greens were good for the time of year. Traps had white sand that looks nice but packed down from the rain. Range permanently closed. Got a deal on Tee-off but wouldn't pay the published green fee.

Went and played this course with a buddy yesterday, both of our first times. The course was very well kept for the most part, greens soft and ran true, rough was thick but well kept, tee boxes were in great shape. Only thing was it seemed a pipe had broken on hole 9 - near the top of the course elevation wise - and it was constantly running water all day that was trickling down to the other holes, making some really swampy conditions for some holes, eventually culminating in standing water at the base of the steep hill on fairway of hole 15 or 16, where I hit a ball out of standing water lol. I imagine this is a temporary issue however, and without it, this would easily be a 5 star rating. Absolutely loved the value on this, great course for less than $40 on a Sunday, will absolutely be coming back at that price.

Most par 5’s and 4’s have a decent amount of messed up space on the fairways, concessions are well priced, beer is cheaper than most places, if you go, go in the afternoon when it’s cheaper for tee times, i think you shouldn’t pay more than 36$ dollars for this 18 because of the par 4’s and 5’s.

Fairways not in good shape, pace of play was bad. No marshal to tell people to pick it up or let groups pass you. Staff was nice. If not going to have a cart person out on course then have water stations.

This course is not as bad as some of the more recent reviews on here. The greens were a tad slow but rolled very true, the fairways were a little burnt out, but weren’t hard pan. The layout was very fun and unique. I’d play this course again in a heartbeat

Course had standing water on almost every “fairway.” Website said they just redid the fairways and cart paths, but my bag would not stay on straight when driving on the cart path. Will not play this course again.

70 dollars for a course that has a pretty boring layout and completely dead fairways is not my ideal round

Always like playing this course. They did a good job of blowing all the leaves of the playing areas

The course was starving for water. Fairways were bare in a lot of spots . Zoyia looked to be about dead. Very disappointing for such a nice layout.

Tee boxes were good
Fairways were mostly good thin in spots
Rough was I inconsistent, some nearly bare areas
And some very thick ares
Bunkers in very good condition
Greens were very good and consistent.
