This course is a challenge.
The course has really high rough. We spent about as much time looking for our ball as we did playing golf. The day was windy so it was hard to stay in the fairways. We lost several balls, but found as many as we lost, so I would say others had the same problem we had. The marshalls and golf pro were very friendly, but the counter person not so much. Could have played another course for less money, but the holiday weekend made that difficult.
Great place to play . Very laid back
Had a good time
Great course!
Great course. Played this course a few times and really enjoyed it. The staff is awesome!
Its golf
Play this course often and always enjoy it. Winds on the day we played were a 30mph cross wind which made most shots a challenge to compensate for.
Decent course, won’t play again.
Course was pretty difficult, many singles playing together and would take their sweet time. Finding the balls in the grass was almost impossible.
Solid course!
Course is great for a small town. Most of the staff is great. Theres a women at the front desk who is rude and a total nightmare to deal with. Other than that i would play this course anytime.
Nightmare
Took my wife for her birthday, who has never played Duncan before. Long story short, had a group of 2 behind us, up our butts all day, consistently hitting into us, landing balls on the green as we were still putting, we had a group of 4 in front of us that we were waiting on all day, no big deal, we were in no hurry, but they did not let us play through, so I explained that to the pair behind us who didn't seem to take the hint. So after 9 we called it a day, tried to get a rain check for the back 9 explaining the situation stating we would just come back and play another day it wasn't as busy. Staff was zero help and honestly a little rude about "policies" haha I've golfed at Duncan for the past 15 years and I promise you I will never give that place another dollar of mine.
Duncan Hills
Had a great time getting out in early February. Course was in good shape for winter and dealing with so tree removal.
retgolfer1,
Thank you for the review. It looks like it has been a while since you have been out to the course. We would love to have you out here again. I think you might be impressed by the improvements we have made in the last 2 years.
