Great Variety
My first impression is this is a course of long par 3's and shorter par 5's. It offers plenty of variety and many decision points. My favorite holes were #3, 4, 11, 16 and 17. In general there are greens that require a good read to score. This isn't a point and shoot golf course.
You can walk this course, but you'll be much better off in a cart.
Overall condition of the course is pretty good, although there is a running scar along the back nine where it looks like a new water line was put down.
On #17, unless you can drive the green, hit an iron to the tree, you'll be 120 out and much better off!
Great course for the value!
The front 9 is pretty straight and narrow, with a lot of up and down slope. Stray too far right or left, and you'll be trying to get out of the trees. A creek that runs through it makes you pay for some flubbed tee shots and approaches. The back 9 is curvy and beautiful. 17 is the hardest hole.
Underrated
Greens were firm and true. Sneaky tough at times - not one holes is immensely difficult but shooting a very low round can be.
