Great Golf Weekend!

The staff at the course are great. We had our 6th annual golf tournament there for the 4th straight year and would not go anywhere else. Course is in excellent shape, Kevin the pro runs a very professional staff and the club house had plenty of ice cold beer. Perfect weekend!

Beautiful surrounding and a great course

I couldn't have had a better early fall day. No leaf color yet, but beautiful surroundings none the less. The course was in great shape, meticulously maintained as always. North Conway CC is a great test of your skills, whether you're a beginner or low handicapper. Most holes are tree lined and border each other, with the only out of bounds being the outside perimeter of the property. Very tough to lose balls as long as you keep them in play and avoid the water hazards. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating, with a beverage cart that does a great job of making itself readily accessible. North Conway also has the best driving range and practice area in the north country. To top it all off, the Ledgeview Grille serves up a great apres round meal and affords one of the best views in the valley. The best part of it all, was my round only cost $10 on Golfnow!

Afternoon Golf with wife

We are camping in the area and decided to look on the Golf Now website. North Conway was one of the courses offered in our area. We took the 30 minute drive and loved the lay-out and challenge of the course.

Classic Course, Definitely worth the Price of Admission

North Conway CC is a classic track set in a beautiful part of the White Mountain region. The views from the course are awesome. The layout is fair and the course conditions were excellent when I played. The course is not overly long (about 6600 from the tips), but it is full of small, challenging greens that test your distance control and short game. The staff was professional and extremely courteous. I will definitely be back soon to play again.

Great views

I have not played any courses in the area so I can't be too harsh about the conditions. I mostly play courses like Granite Links, Red Tail, Waverly Oaks and Pine Hills on the Boston area so this course pales by comparison. But I got an awesome golfnow deal so I was very happy with the course conditions. There are many uneven lies even in the fairways but for a course in the White Mountains I expected worse. Just don't let the view from the tee fool you. You might be in the fairway but could be in a little swale that you can't discern from the tee! Some of the views are spectacular and it was cool having the Conway Scenic Railrroad go right by you on the 1st tee.
The one thing I will complain about which the course can easily control was the pace of play. It took 5.5hrs to play 18. By the time we got to the 7th hole, there were 2 groups still waiting to tee off. I realize it is a long par 3 but 3 groups waiting to tee off is very aggravating.
So I was a little annoyed by that but the staff was friendly, course was in decent shape, the layout was good and the price was most definitely right so I would go back on a weekday and hope for better pace of play.

Slow Go- No Marshall- No Return

Don't know what other reviewers were seeing, but we had a tedious experience here. If you like joe six packers, and slow and rude pace of play, this is your place. Pro saw it all on a drive by, and did nothing. This is a money mill- pay your greens fees- and good luck. Staff couldn't care less about your experince after they collect your $$.

Wide open, but long

It's hard to lose a ball here (I tried!). The fairways are wide, the rough is short and hazards are minimal. The holes play long though, especially the 200 yard par 3 7th. Layup space is friendly, and the greens are pretty big.

There is a beer cart (on weekends at least) but it wasn't very active.

Playing North Conway Country Club

It is a beautiful golf course that is well kept. The views are spectacular and certainly a must play in the fall. The golf course is in great shape. I found the fairways to be excellent and the greens were perfect. I would recommend this course to anyone. I have played it twice and plan to go back to more times coming all the way from Maine to play. Also, N. Conway is a great vacation town with a lot of shops and things to do.

Best Course in the Valley

This is by far the best course in the Mount Washington Valley. The course has some fair challenge but doesn't completely beat you up for an errant shot. Course is always in excellent conditions with fantastic views to enjoy. Besides the excellent golf course, the restaurant has very good food at reasonable prices. The only down fall is that it can back up on the weekends as it gets very busy. If you get the chance to play NCCC, you will enjoy it

Waiting to go again.

Great value, super friendly staff, course was in great shape.
I paid twice the $$ at another upscale course that had horrible greens. NCCC had great greens (except for one that was damaged by a vehicle during the winter?)
My foursome walked 9, then rode 9, the staff brought our carts for the back nine to the 10th tee and left them for our convenience.
We had planned to play 4 different courses in 4 days but cancelled the 4th so we could play NCCC a second time.
Will be going again in Sept.
