It's a nice course
First time playing here but had heard a lot about it. It exceeded my expectations! Was a nice course & will play it again. The driving range should be relocated as some range balls can end up w/in boundaries of two separate holes on front nine. There is no netting/fence to stop long hit range balls. Also, driving mats have no rubber tees so you have to use your own.
The course marshall was strictly enforcing seperation of groups teeing off partially due to COVID19 but also ensuring steady pace of play. The pace of play ultimately was quite good.
The course itself was in very good condition and well maintained. The biggest surprise to me was the huge difference between front and back nine! It's like two different courses! The front is flat and quite wide open, the back is hilly, wooded, and holes are separated by forest. It is more challenging on back nine but both sides were fun to play. If one is a true beginner the front nine would be much easier! I liked it that the two sides were so different!
The staff were all friendly, nice, & helpful. The cart had obviously been truly cleaned since prior user (a good thing considering COVID19). The clubhouse seemed a little small but it was nice. A large outside deck area w/tables available too. The drink prices were reasonable. I did not eat so can't state anything about food quality.
Overall, it's a very nice course and I'll go back to play but next time it may be mid-week as it was busy on the weekend day I went. One thing I have noticed is huge green fee price increase especially during the weekdays since last year! Last year they had very reasonable twilight fees, this year I haven't seen any reduced fees... not for twilight, on a bad weather day, nothing! Fact they are owned/operated by a big corp. probably plays a huge part as corps. are out to make money - period! Discontinuing reduced green fees at times ensures the corp. is taking in top dollar at all times however, this corp. thinking (taking in top dollar at all times) makes it nearly impossible to afford to play a round for those of us on a limited, fixed income! One can play other courses in the area w/twilight fees for about half the price! They need to rethink their green fee pricing structure because by being so costly on weekdays they are ultimately losing customers... myself included! If they weren't so costly, I would go back to play often as I enjoyed it but w/sky high pricing on a fixed income I simply can't afford it!
Great conditions
The course was in excellent shape especially since there was so much rain the night before.
Back 9 is beautiful. They have done so many improvements on the back 9.
Staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating.
Started slow, behind slow group, was able to pass by 4th hole and pace of play was great after that.Course was in good condition considering lack of rain.Front side was wide open, back side tighter.Good scenery on back 9,challenging holes and tough putting fast greens with slopes.Enjoyed playing and will do it again.
Very nice
We were coupled with 2 of the nicest young men. We had fun and the course was in very good shape. The staff in the pro shop was exceptional, her name was Rose. Thank you

Fun to play course
You can clearly see the owner is making an attempt to put some money into the course to improve the experience. The course has 2 separate and distinct 9's. Both are fun to play. Course conditions should get better as the weather improves. Always an enthusiastic membership at Pembroke Pines..

Great deal, course still coming back to life
Course was in pretty good shape, but the greens haven't quite come back from winter. A lot of dead spots on the greens made them very inconsistent. It's a good course, can be a little more challenging with plenty of OB areas and lateral hazards. I'll definitely be back.
