The course had many leaves on the fairway and it was very challenging to find the golf balls.

A neglected dump
Course in very rough shape. It was clear that the greens had been aerated within a couple weeks but it was never mentioned in the reservation process. The guy in the pro shop looked like he just rolled out of bed and was too involved in his personal phone call to answer any questions. To be fair I only played the front nine but that’s only because the front took almost 3 hours and I didn’t have time for a 6 hour round.

Good Value
The course was in good condition. Some bare spots where rough should be. Greens had been aerated a few weeks ago but otherwise good, ran true. Bring a leaf blower.

Sunday at Centerton
The course was in really good shape considering the time of the season and just after a day of rain. We had a couple of holes that were held up but we were able to get around in just under 4 hrs.
As for the off course amenities, the restaurant was open and the menu looked great but we chose to go our ways. It was a very good round.

Everything is good other then cart paths. Huge pot holes. No point in riding on them.

What Happened?
Hopefully the owners of the course see this review and take a hard look at what this place has become.
I always enjoyed coming here because the course conditions were good. Not anymore.
I was happy my wife and I could get out for a day because we rarely get a chance anymore.
Our first head shake came at the club house when we saw the beat up condition of the golf cart seats. All chewed up and looked nasty. We were told we could head out at 1045 for our 1054 start time.
After the first hole we were backed up by an old group of 5; 4 riding and 1 walking. Then as were waiting to hit our 2nd shot on the 2nd hole a twosome behind us hit past our cart by about 20 yards. Pretty perturbed I told them if they were in a hurry then they could just go ahead. No reason that should have happened. No Marshall on the course. Club house just letting people go off and hoping for the best.
After letting that group go by and play through the green we get hit up on again while still in the same spot by another twosome. Unreal.
The tee box markers were never put back in place after the boxes were aerated. No rakes for any of the traps to be found. No divot repair mix in the holders on the awful carts. No yardage markers noticeable on any tee box or fairways.
We were so disappointed we left after 9 holes. Not the fall golf date I hoped for at all.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this was the next course to close in South Jersey. I will never play there again.

Nice and green
Tee boxes were a bit off but the greens and fairways were in good shape. Good course for the standard golfer.

Fix the potholes
Layout is nice. It is a decent course for the money. Too many cart path pot holes.

Week before had t time
Dove half hour to get there course was closed and no phone call
Went week after with three people and pro shop cashier was not friendly to me when I questioned way club hose was closed last week and he had attitude
Course was not in nice shape

Nothing to talk about
Overall condition is is very worn down. Golf carts were filthy. No ranger to keep the flow going new starter.

Not all bad
Greens ok , fairways fair , pace of play not good.
Recommend a Marshall to keep up the pace.
Good place to practice your game . Gotta move your ball onto grass even when you hit the middle of the fairway .
The price is right for a practice round.

It’s just…not good.
Conditions are iffy course-wide, cannot miss a fairway or you run into the oblivion of woods lining every hole. You almost have to prefer your lie if you want to hit a decent shot. No food really available, cart girl is cash only which is awful for 2023…not worth going unless you wanna show up and hack 18 holes of golf and go home.

Has potential
Course isn't well kept but the layout of the course is great. They need better landscapers.
