Great course
Nice and wide open. Course layout was good. Tucked back off the beaten path. Definitely will be playing again. The green care was great as well.
Great course!
Great course! Beautiful and pace of play was good! Will definitely go back here! Challenging course!
Metro park gem
One of my favorites! Is a real risk reward proposition and challenges every shot but if you are a beginner it is still fair! I drive 45 minutes just to play this course and it’s worth the ride!
Great experience
Played this course today and it was so well kept. Pace of play was great. Only downside was being paired up with another 2 sum. But pace of play stayed consistent so it made sense. 10/10
Average course for the average golfer
The course was in fair shape at the time. The greens had some decent roll and break to them. It tends to get pretty dry and hard during the summer time so it’s too early to recommend just yet.
Great course for beginners
This course is challenging at areas but is very open. Allows for amateurs to really go for it at certain holes while still allowing for challenges at other holes like number 3.
Great course for the price
Great course, not crazy hard but you still have to hit golf shots. Only knock is the sand is very rough, has a ton of pebbles in it.
Be aware
Be aware after you pre-pay for your greens fees when you get to the course you’ll be stopped at them park gate and be charged $10 for entry it’s not the money it’s the principle. It happened to me I went in and canceled my teatime on golf now. went and played one of the Best courses in the state shepherds Hollow Clarkston Paid four times what I paid to play at metro parks I didn’t care used to be if you pay the $10 to get in they would reimburse you inside at the clubhouse that’s not the case anymore I would not recommend this course
Course conditions were terrible
Paid $10 to enter the park on top of the Golfnow rate. The greens had been aerated and had a layer of sand on them. Needless to say none of our putts rolled true, they “BOUNCED.” Each pitch shot onto the greens kicked up a puff of sand. Had I known this I would never have booked the round. I wasted $40. Oh yeah , my bratwurst was undercooked.
