Type Private
Conveniently located a reasonable distance from Atlantic City, Philadelphia, and New York the 18-hole course at the private Galloway National Golf Club is considered on of New Jersey's best. Gently rolling greens, plentiful forestry, and marshes provide a natural landscape that is not only ideal for scenic views, but also in creating a challenging game for serious golfers. The designer of the course, Tom Fazio, calls it one of his best golf courses ever. He designed it using a parkland style layout with links and bunkers. Water hazards also come into play on three holes. Besides the breathtaking and well-crafted course, the Club is also known for the outstanding service of their staff. Keep in mind that the Club is closed every Tuesday.

Perfect Conditions

Very well keep course Tee to Green. Layout was very challenging and good variety of holes. Not sure if it's worth the price tag of Membership but it was fun to play for the day. The forecaddie we had to take couldn't read a putt and offered little help during the round.

A private Fazio masterpiece that is a "hidden gem"

Galloway National Golf Club is regularly ranked among the best courses in the country. World renowned architect Tom Fazio, meticulously crafted Galloway National’s 7,000 yards out of a 200 acre tract of heavily wooded, gently sloping bayside property. Fazio made the course perfectly walk able by placing tees close to the greens, there are only four holes which are not very close to one another. The club has excellent caddies which additionally enhance the walking experience. Add breathtaking vistas of the bay and Atlantic City and you have a "perfect walk in the park". Everyone having a chance to play at this exclusive private club should consider themselves lucky.
