Ocean County Golf Course at Atlantis
About
The Ocean County Golf Course at Atlantis is an 18-hole, public course located in Little Egg Harbor. George Fazio designed the challenging course, which has a yardage of 6,848 at the longest tees with a par of 72. The course also features tree-lined fairways and greens of bent grass and water hazards that come into play on some holes.
Ocean County Golf Course at Atlantis has a particularly tricky 6th hole since there is a pond in the middle of the fairway that you must get past in order to reach the green. The golf course used to be private so it features all the amenities that a private club would have such as a restaurant and pro shop.

Pairing from down under
I booked a 2-some and was told I had a single going out with us. At tee time it was a 2 people going with us. The Two individuals were a 68 year old hacker with the pace of an snail and a kid from Colorado who golfed from other fairway most of the day while hacking up the course. Turned into an over 5 hr round. The people eventually expressed their displeasure by yelling profanities or hitting into us golfing. Ruined my back 9 and couldn’t do nothing due to the fact they were bigger than us and looked like beer belly wrestlers.
Rain out
Played 3 holes and then a complete deluge Course would not give rain checks
Nice layout, good condition. Great price
Playable course for most handicaps. More challenging and better condition than a typical muni. Staff does an excellent job with pace of play.
Atlantis the old course!
The old course played really Gr8 long and strong down the middle serves you well up and over. on to challenging fun greens. Although this day the greens were slightly hairy and a little slow. Always good to get out, nice track, good pace of play, fresh cold water and the price is right you can’t beat it. Atlantis.GC
Non residents pay more
Played a twilight round just trying to get some swings in. I’ve played here a few times before. Nothing super special, typical county course. Course was in good shape. Beware, non residents pay a higher price then advertised on here and you might have to deal with Ms. Personality at the check in desk. A bundle of joy she is…
Waste of money
The day started off with a staff member catching a wicked attitude after asking her the simple question of “has it been busy today?”. Course was kept like crap and green head flies are us alive the entire round. Will never play here again
Great value for the money
Overall nicely manicured. Grass on the fairway was cut too long.
