Miry Run Country Club

Greens were great shape. Ruff was getting long so staying in the fairway was a must to score. Four some in front where a bit slow but not excessive.

First time back at this course in about 6 years. Disappointed in current conditions. Bunkers need sand and lots of work to clean out the rocks. Rough needs to be a little lower, we're not pros you know. It's tough being just off the fairway and the rough is so long you can't find your ball unless you step on it. There was green that had ant hills all over it, c'mon greenskeeper. Get to work will ya. The halfway house needs to be reopened. and also the bar/restaurant needs to be reopened. Other than that I can't think of a thing wrong with this golf course.

We like with friends to play on the this cours.Nice greens. We will back to play agаin.

It's early in the season so the course needs some work . It was still in decent shape. The Pro shop desperately needs some work. They didn't even have a banana or granola bar to offer at 8:30am

Course was finally cleaned-up. Was able to play (and practice) at a good pace.
Caught up to a "fivesome" of seniors who swore they would not hold me up.
They did.
No ranger on course.
No facilities at the turn.
Still....Was worth the $16.
I'll be back.

unfortunately got stuck behind a fivesome - yes 5 golfers who paired up on second hole. they told me they are good and play fast - nothing could be further from the truth. where is a ranger when you need one! had a nice gentleman catch up with me on the 12th hole so it wasn't as frustrating after that.

We love the beautiful course having ponds and brooks. Fairway, green are all in very nice condition. No waiting. Very friendly. We had good time to play there.

Average features, but great to get out early season

This place is nice and convenient for me. It can get wet here ;)

Good value at Hot Deal rate Quanity and quality of carts an issue(no cart available when we got there,when we got one tire was almost flat and died after 8 holes)

course is kept pretty nice greens were great, fairways nice, traps had lots of rocks, luckily I didn't go in them. plenty of water and waste areas, but fun, pace started slow but got better.

Overall satisfied. Tee boxes, fairways and greens in good shape. However, every single sand trap must be redone immediately. There was no sand and all rocks.

The greens were in outstanding condition. Fairways were spotty and traps were in bad shape. The course, due to length and amount of water, played harder than its 125 slope.

I was impressed. The course was in very good condition. Green was in medium speed, but roll true and consistence. We finished in just over 4 hours. Will play again.

airport in close proximity gives the course a unique feel. On the back nine you can almost drive onto the runway. Very cool.

Course was in need of attention on all the tee boxes. Most greens were in average condition. Fairways were average but areas outside the fairways were mostly weeds. For the $10 I paid through GolfNow to play it was a bargain but if I paid normal rate for that day I would have been disappointed.

Granted it did finish storming about 6 hours prior to the tee time but given that I have played courses in similar scenarios, this course was soaked. Beyond that, there were some ugly fairways as well. Greens were for the most part nicely maintained. I would like to play again after a week period of no rain.

The course has lots of challenging holes - very tough, especially from the back tees. Very helpful to have played it more than once. Water is in play for the first 12 holes. Course could be really excellent if better maintained - but for $30. for golf and cart, it's a good deal. And with 7 players, it was easy to get tee times - on most other courses it's impossible to do that at 8am.

I knew from the other reviews the course was in ragged conditions. I have played there about six times in the last ten years. It was always a C flight competitor. It was worse than usual but fit our schedule, location, and cost. Due to lack of play, the two of us breezed around, playing extra shots whenever we cared. If your expectations are low, it can still be fun. Staff was nice, carts in good shape. If you want a top quality course though, this is not it.

Some interesting holes but course not maintained properly, has potential.
