Great Course!
I have played this course many times and I am getting used to where to play a shot. Everytime I have played Cannon Golf Club it has been an AWESOME texperience! I can not wait to get back and play

Discouraged me from using app
The person who checked me in discouraged me from using the Golf Now app. He actually said I needed to pay him directly and that the GolfNow app wouldn’t work. I disagreed with him and I did in fact use the app successfully. It was disappointing that he attempted to have me not try the app. But it makes sense why he would do that because my playing partners had to pay $57 for the round. Through the app I paid $47. Thanks GolfNow for the savings.

A fun course to play and in great shape
Really enjoyed my round at Cannon Golf Club. Course was in great condition, challenging, and the pace of play was super. Staff was friendly and the serve a good variety of refreshments and have great food.

Excellent course conditions!
Fairways were beautiful and well-maintained, and the greens were consistent, fast and true. Overall condition of course was excellent!

Well conditioned course
I found this to be a fun and interesting course. The greens were very good. I had trouble correctly reading some breaks. A few hazards caught me by surprise but overall this is a nice golf course with plenty of challenges. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Great value for the price. I would definitely play it again the next time I am in the area

Terrific Course...long and fun
The golf course was really fun and interesting to play. Lots of hills and a beautiful place to play golf. In spite of dry conditions, the course, fairways and greens were in great shape. The course has a lot of slope and we tried to walk the course. Take note that for some reason they mark the 150 yard markers with red, white AND blue colors!!!! It makes it somewhat confusing at first as most courses use red for the 100, white for the 150 and blue for the 200...not sure why they do this.
Only slight complaint is that we were spent after walking the first 9 holes and wanted to rent a cart for the last 9. The course says that the clubhouse closes at 8. We got done with our first 9 at 7:42pm to rent a cart. We were told that the till was closed and that we couldn't rent a cart. It seems odd they wouldn't come up with a solution like take my cash and apply it to the next day's revenue, or even offer a free cart since they closed before their stated hours.

Sunday outing
Play this course several times each season. Good overall design. Two of the par 4s on the front take a long tee shot to make the corner and not be blocked by trees. The first fairway and rough were not in the best condition on the first hole. Greens were fine.
