About
The Palms Golf Course is a tract that locals and visitors alike just love to play. Originally designed by William Mitchell in 1962, the Palms was completely renovated by Karl Litton and Lorie Viola in 1996.
The accommodating fairways make it easier to hit your tee shots in play. Once on the 'dance floor', the Bermuda greens roll true and quick.
The Palms Course has a number of picturesque water hazards. As its name would indicate, the Palms features lovely native Palm trees throughout the course.
It is most definitely a true Florida golf course and one, which everybody should put on their 'must play' list .

The Palms
Need to improve some rough area (just sands no grass) and the green are slow. I’ve already played with this green very fast
Average at best
Greens, tees not good at all. No on-course amenities (beverage, food). $10 for 30 balls to hit on range.
Poor conditions - tee boxes / fairways / greens / bunkers
‘Ok’ price value; however, tee boxes, fairways, greens, and bunkers were in poor condition. Little sand in traps and only noticed a rake in one trap on the 18th hole. Pace of play was around 4:20
Great course for family golf.
Great little course for players of all levels. Ok shape but greens are good and each hole is different. Lots of room to spray ball a bit without losing it. Bit run down but good range and putting green.
Fun course
I really liked the layout, fairways were in decent shape and the greens were nice, they got fast as they dried out.
Super nice staff, they were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely play this course again. It's challenging enough, but still plenty of fun for a high handicap golfer like myself.
Not bad for the price of $59.
For December golf and being from Chicago hard to seriously complain.
Maybe this is winter golf conditions here.
