Challenging off the tee
Thousand Hills has 9 par 3's but all the tee shots are challenging and did I mention all the bunkers and water. We had a great time and look forward to another round.
challenging and scenic course
Challenging course in spite of the shorter distance. Course was in good spring condition. Would have appreciated having a beverage/snack cart.
Nice layout
Pretty nice course. They had recently aerated their greens, but were in good shape and had nice, consistent roll to them. Don't let the short length fool you. If you play from the back tees it'll challenge you.
Very fun and short course
For the limited amount of property this course covers most of it and was a great time for my wife and I. It was a cold and breezy day (32-38 F) but with only two other people on the entire course with us, we took our time and still finished in under 4 hours. GPS on carts really helped as well. I'm happy with shooting a 74 in the conditions.
Very Short
Nice course for 20 dollars but would not want to pay normal summer rates for this course.
hardest par 32 course to play
lot of up and down hills, very demanding for a par 32. always in great condation.
Played with great people who were local
Had a great time playing with great local people. They told me all the little features of each fairway and green. Loved it.
lots of challenge and fun course.
Course was in great shape. A very challenging course for being quite short. There is a lot of interesting holes. Putting is especially difficult.
Beautiful setting
The course was in good shape. It is short, with several blind tee shots. Enjoyable to play if time is limited. I was told we were lucky that it was not packed as it usually is. Had it been crowded I would not have enjoyed it.
If you love par 3s
If you love par 3s this is the course for you, there are many of them. Only one par 5 and it is #18. It is a beautiful setting. I got a great deal on Golfnow for $18, and really would not want to pay much more than that, maybe $25 max.
It's great playing there and I enjoyed it.
Thousand hills is a beautiful course and I love playing right in the middle of Branson. Always have a good experience.
Very scenic on a beautiful fall day.
. Many steep hills if off fairway. Would not want to play on a hot day. Had to skip holes due to slow play .
Interesting
Shorter course wtih 9 par 3's so I suppose you up your odds of a hole in one, no luch luck for me. . The course was in very good shape and I got a heck of rate on GolfNow. For a quicker round while in Branson, this is the ticket.
Great course, more par 3s make it a fun course.
I didn't realize it had so many par 3s but it turned out to be enough of a Challenge to make it fun. Not much waiting this time of the year so there was no pressure or waiting. A bit pricy but it was in a resort area...
Short but not easy
This course is convenient, right off the main street of Branson. It isn't that long but has several challlenging holes. It can be slow if it's busy.
