Connestee Falls Golf Course

The course has beautiful views. It’s laid out nicely so a first time golfer doesn’t get “lost”. The condition is great too.

Everyone was friendly, even the other golfers in the parking lot!

Only disappointment was that the grill wasn’t open. The views from the clubhouse are beautiful and we thought having a cocktail there would have been nice. But, it was a slow day, so it’s understandable why it was closed.

Great mountain course, beautiful views, for late Sept. course was in good shape,nice challenge, friendly staff.

Firstly, I love playing this course I’ve never had issue with it before. The greens were just aerated, and as we were playing, they were actually punching the fairways right alongside of us, which made for a very challenging day of golf. This should have been forewarned on GolfNow, or at least forewarned in the club shop Prior to teeing off. Once again, I know this is a part of golf. I just feel that it’s only fair that golfers be worn prior to playing in those conditions as that should’ve been free golf that day. On a positive note, there was no one in front of us it seem like we had a course to herself because we were the only golf now people out there playing.

Got rained out after 9 and couldn’t get a rain check for 9 because I booked with Golf Now.
Will not make that mistake again !

Love coming to Connestee. A very interesting layout in great condition in such a beautiful and tranquil setting.
Greens it’s biggest defense, fast with tricky undulations. A must play in the area.

Always on my calendar to play when in the area. Well maintained. Friendly staff. Friendly members.
Beautiful course with a variety of challenges but a fair course.
Layout separates each hole to enjoy the beautiful mountains and deer who frequently roam the course.

The course is in great condition. Definitely a hidden gem in west North Carolina.

Beautiful Mountain Course cut through the natural terrain and rolling hills. This course is not long (6500 from the tips) but has dramatic elevation changes and requires some precise tee shots and approach shots at times. The rough is thick and juicy and very difficult to hit out of, if you can find your ball first. Stay out of the rough if you can! Pace of play was great. Seems like the locals zip around this course quickly. Our twosome played 18 holes in 3 hours and 40 minutes - and we let 2 groups through! We will be back here for sure!

This is a great little mountain course. It’s public/private and had plenty of availability on a summer weekend. Course is in great shape and provides a.variety of holes in a pretty location with views, wildlife and challenging play. Really enjoyed playing this.mountain course.
