Indian Valley Golf Course

Course is laid out nice but the greens where airyated making putting a little difficult.

It was the first day that Indian Valley re-opened after about 10 days of arctic weather. Course was in good shape for winter with thin fairways and hard surfaces greens. But all in all it was fine for a reasonable “hit deal”.

This course is well worth the price. It can be tough if not played right. The greens were in excellent shape for this time of year. Golf now makes this easy

Having called ahead to ask about the condition of the greens, and having been told they were "great," we were very disappointed. They were the worst we have seen in a quite awhile. This course is not a good value compared to many.

The greens are aweful. Some of the worst I have played in a long time. And the ground is as hard as a rock in most places. I do not like playing on hard pan even though there is grass, it is thin in a lot of places.

saying, all that it would not take much to get the course back in shape.

The greens are a mess!!! Extremely heat damaged and full of ball marks!!
Otherwise. Decent.

Disappointed; mostly because I specifically asked about the condition of the course and greens when I requested the tee time. All I wanted was honesty and I didn't get it.

For the most part the rest of the course was ok except a few of the tee boxes need attention.

I played the course for the first time and was very pleased - great conditions from tees to greens. I played from the standard (gold) tee markers which was enough of a challenge because of doglegs, sloping fairway & lots of greenside bunkers. This course will offer a fair test of your game. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Course also has good visual distance markers. Give the course a shot and don't be surprised if it WINS.

The clubhouse is nothing flashy. The gentleman in the pro shop was very nice. The driving range is pathetic, in my opinion. No grass to hit off of. The course offers a nice layout - definitely a lot of birdie holes. There are some pretty holes, but a lot of short par 4s. The greens were a little slow and beat up in some areas. I can't say I would recommend this course to a friend, unless they can play it for ~$20.

Challenging but not overly difficult. If your not that accurate, have a good sand wedge game! Lots of sand traps around the greens. But once on the green, they're in great shape!!
