The course is a mile above any course in missouri. The lake views, smooth fairways, flat tee boxes, and perfect greens are unmatched. I’ve played many high dollar golf courses in southern missouri and none of them compare to Mozingo.
Always 5 Star
One of the best managed courses I've been to, and very reasonably priced!!! Nice wide, spread out clear, even fairly forgiving given the size. Lots of par 4s and 5s. Always a choice course
Reputation Meets Reality
We got rained out for a birthday round in July so we made a jaunt up before it gets too cold. Very impressed! Fast greens. Fairway and rough were nice. Wind is a beast up there so it is challenging, near the water especially. Beautiful course but it ate our lunch though.

Hidden Gem
This course was in amazing condition and the views of the lake are spectacular. the club house is beautiful and the food was amazing. we can never get here enough
Gods Country
Mozingo is top notch from start to finish with every amenity you could want from lodging, dining, pro shoppe, driving range, indoor simulators, beautiful 9 hole par 3 course (named after and designed with Hall of Fame Golfer Tom Watson) , gorgeous lakeside camping, hiking, fantastic fishing and then to top it off the folks up there know how to maintain and operate a golf course.
Mozingo is the best golf course and outdoor recreation destination in Northwest Missouri PERIOD. Now pack your bag, grab your sticks , hit the road and enjoy a round and a day or two up in Gods Country.
Great value
Definitely a hidden gem! Great value for the money and probably some of the best greens and tee boxes I’ve seen in the Midwest on a public course. Definitely recommend
Great course, greens need some love
Overall the course is in good shape and the folks running the show are wonderful. The only problem is that several greens look darn rough and need attention right away.
Wait did not disappoint
My oldest child started school at NWMSU in 1998. Always wanted to play. Just never found the right opportunity. The Wait was worth it. Great experience.
