Not worth it
Course was not in good shape for late April. The greens rolled inconsistent, the bunker I was in on 11 (the only bunker I was in today) was just dirt, no sand, and the tee boxes were in bad shape. The grass was higher than the tees on 18. When I got to the course they said I was paired up with 2 other people. When I got to the first tee, I found out they had paired me with 2 walking women. Luckily they let me go on, but I was very underwhelmed at Salem Glen

Great course and well maintained
First time playing here and it was very enjoyable. Received an early call letting me know about a 2 hour frost delay. Got out about 30 minutes early than delayed time and loved the course layout from the first tee. Loved playing along the Yadkin River. It was a very pleasant sound when teeing of a few holes.
I’ll certainly be playing this course again.

fun course with a variety of challenges
greens were a little slow with quite a few ball marks. They still rolled pretty well considering. The course doesn't really favor a certain ball flight. Good mix of left to right and right to left hole designs. nice course
