The geographical diversity of Canada sets the stage for an incredible array of golfing grounds from Vancouver Island to Newfoundland. Whether on mountain golf around Whistler or in Quebec, or playing courses in the more arid Okanagan and out west, there is always a scenic course to experience. We've compiled a collection of images of the best par 3s in the country, but surely we're missing a few in this golf-crazed country.

Many of Canada's top golf courses were designed by Canadian golf course architects. Stanley Thompson, whose works at several of the country's National Parks, delivered one of the world's most iconic par 3s out there: Devil's Cauldron at Banff Springs. He's inspired a modern generation of Canadian architects like Thomas McBroom, Doug Carrick, Les Furber and Rod Whitman.

You can play golf in national or state parks parks, on the coast, in mountains and in scenic enclaves of metro areas like Vancouver and Toronto. Don't be surprised if wildlife makes an appearance on the signature hole.
