Take on Donald Ross at the Bay Course at Seaview Resort near Atlantic City

GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP, N.J. -- Home of the ShopRite LPGA Classic, the Bay Course at Seaview Resort is probably the better known of the two championship layouts there.

This Donald Ross classic on the Jersey Shore dates back to 1914, just like the hotel, and has gone through several renovations since. Most recently, the 6,247-yard layout received new bunkers and fescue grass in 2010.

While the golf course isn't right on the ocean, it is on the bay across from Atlantic City. You get a good view of the city from the second green of the no. 1 handicap hole, a 434-yard par 4 that usually plays into the wind.

Throughout, golfers must navigate around pot bunkers, tall fescue grass and plenty of doglegs.

The golf course ends with a nice risk-reward par 5 that plays just 501 yards from the tips.
