Played On 08/19/2017Staff isn't very friendly
Booked a 6:38am tee time showed up at about 6:15 and was told multiple times very sternly that we would not be able to head out early even though other staffers had no problem with us playing early. Staff member was under the impression we would run into an outing that was starting on hole 12 but there's no way we would have. Ended up having 2 groups behind us waiting to play because they were allowed to start early and we're directly behind us at each hole. He was rude and unprofessional to us. Will not be playing at this course again.

Please allow me to apologize for the direct manner in which my staff member spoke to you. We have had issues in the past with starting groups unnecessarily running into outings. In his eagerness to avoid such a predicament he may have forgotten the importance of his interaction with guests and the effect it has on their experience. We regret this incident may prevent you from returning and hope you would give us another opportunity.
